Hotel kette was a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location, really nice room with windows overlooking the beautiful streets below. We were able to take a water taxi from the back door directly to the airport.

Location was excellent, the staff was very nice and services were excellent
There was not a double bed but two beds together. Breakfast quality has margin for improvement.

Location is absolutely top notch. Couple of minutes from Piazza San Marco and next to one of the main shopping streets. If you are lucky, you can even enjoy the view of gondola's from your room.
The bathroom was nice and roomy which is surprising. However the shower was a bit dysfunctional in room 150 and we had issues with water overspill as the pressure was either too strong or too weak.

The location, spacious, and very kind and knowledgeable staff.
I think the heater may have no worked because it was low batteries in one room but temps were still very comfortable.

As far as amenities go, they provide a lot, right down to indoor slippers. The location is a bit unusual, primarily because you have to navigate through a few alleys to get there, but restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, good stay!

Excellent location, very close to the main attractions and the vaperetto. Staff is very helpful with directions and public transport options, listen to them not to maps app ? Breakfast room with white table cloths and sharply dressed staff makes it an elegant place, room with a canal view is a bonus.

The location is excellent, the a/c worked fairly well, the staff was very accommodating. Transfers were arranged well. The free transfer to Murano was a bonus.
Transfers from the airport and to the Tronchetto were unreasonable even for private ones. The breakfast buffet although very good could still use some additional choices.

Beautiful hotel in a great part of Venice. We only stayed 1 night but it was great. The elevator and air conditioning worked well. Staff was very helpful! We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning!

very clean and well-located
how is the AC not working???? we booked this hotel partly for the ac, and they tell us to open the windows! with all the restaurants and people going by... I guess the ac is optional.
the breakfast... we understand it's a limited choice, but, at least, have good quality food because the fruit juice is from the store,the cheese is quite bad, and fruit salad is from a can.
the bell boy is mandatory. he opens the room door and shows where the bed and bathroom are, I have eyes, thank you, but doesn't mention the ac doesn't work....
