Very central location, between St Marcus square and Rialto bridge. The breakfast was good too and the staff very helpful.
The bed was not comfortable. I asked for a double bed, my request was approved and instead got two single beds, which could not fit anyone over 1.80cm.

We had issues with the air conditioner. It was leaking the first night and they stated they were fixing it in the afternoon. It was leaking again the second night. Just enough to ruin clothing if you had it anywhere near the unit. Thankfully we did not. When we checked out I informed the staff who acted surprised and claimed it was fixed the day before but … Otherwise good stay. Good breakfast. Has an elevator. Showers are small but they seem to be small everywhere in Italy

Breakfast fare was super fresh, and of excellent quality. Great attention to detail by the staff. Location was very central, and it was an easy walk to Rialto or San Marco. Loved the historic rooms.
It was our first time in Venice, and we had looked at the map and noted the “streets” to get to the hotel - we didn’t realise how narrow they were, or how short. We walked for about 20mins (at night, in the fog) to find the hotel, when it was actually a 3min walk! Note: the map depends on which ferry terminal you arrive at ?

near to water bus and almost all the attractions
breakfast was really good
*hair dryer as it took a long time to dry the hair and was also dirty
*elevator which can only be used until the third floor and the hotel has a fourth floor so we had to carry our luggage and use the stairs which was quite tiring

Very nice hotel, easy to find and a very close walk to everything! Also breakfast was very good.
Rooms are a bit outdated, but that’s part of the vibe of the hotel and Venice!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my taste, and the mini fridge was very noisy. I had trouble falling asleep. Overpriced for the actual coziness of the room. The price could be explained just for the location

The location was great, the cleanliness and beautification of the room was top-notch.
The noise level at night time was very high until at least 1 o'clock in the morning, likely due to the location and proximity to the downtown area.

Room was okay. We wanted to use the AC, but was told it's only on during Summer. The room was stuffy and we had to open the window to get some air flow, but that wasn't a good idea because there were no screens on the window and all the mosquitoes came in and we got lots of mosquito bites because of that. Not good! It would have been better if we could have use the AC or if there were screens on the window!

Fabulous location. At 80 yrs old could walk to everything. In the middle of all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was great. Staff was kind and helpful.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, for example the shower head was very dirty the emergency chord was also moldy.
