Very good rooms and Beds. Breakfast was very good too. Location is excellent. Area is very accessible and close to all attractions by boat and foot. Stuff were friendly and full of tips and info.Simon at Reception Franscesca and Albert and his breakfast crew were all kind, professional and top notch.

The location and the breakfast were good.
We had a tiny junior suite. The bed took up most of the room, and only one person could use the bathroom at a time. The staff person, who I believe was the manager, was rude to my wife when my wife asked for a wine opener because there was not one in our room. Finally, someone else found one for her.

The rules were incredibly strict. Not allowing ANY food or drinks in our room including leftovers from dinner is extreme.

Location, facade of the building very beautiful
Staff specially at reception, wasn’t that much friendly, for example about not eating in the room, she said it as a firm order not in a warm or friendly way. And in their breakfast option, there were no vegetables, although we talked with their head waiter, and he ordered some cooked vegetables for our next day.

The property is gorgeous in a good location. The staff are so accommodating and helpful, concierge has lots of ideas of things to do during the stay.
We asked for vegan food at the time of booking one month in advance. Upon arrival the kitchen staff had not been notified. They ordered some food in but it did not arrive on time for our stay.
The headboard was very annoying and banged against the wall

The stuff was wonderful. Please thank them all. Especially hotel employee with his warm welcome and wealth of historial knowledge about the hotel and recommendations within the area. Breakfast was nice.Along with esperso, coffee, water, and fruits being available.

Everything, starting with the service provided by the staff. They were very professional and friendly and always helpful. The coffee available in the lobby was very tasty! The room was amazing, we did pick the bigger one therefore we had plenty of space and we really loved the decoration. The hotel and rooms take you years back and feels like travelling in time but still at the same time everything was very clean and well maintained!
That you need to leave the key at the reception and sometimes that means you need to wait. But that was not a big trouble.
