The best stay in Venice. Gabrielli is the hidden gem, I will always prefer this hotel in the future.
Gabrielli people are amazing. So much care and optimism, yet professionalism as well.
They didn’t take any deposit charge. The room was warm and cozy. What I mostly liked is attention to the details. The housekeeper was rearranging beautifully every item in the room. The room service was kind and caring, they were bringing all tiny items I needed asap.
The breakfast is just a symphony. Such a haute couture service, but slso super caring. The food was bio and organic. I stayed longer for breakfast just to enjoy the atmosphere.
The room had wonderful ventilation and heating system. There was a menu for pillows, beautiful furniture.
They had given me umbrella to go home, because it was raining. The welcoming letter was personally written by general manager with his hand in calligraphy.
I was amazed by every hour spent here.

Excellent central location. Surrounded by great walking destinations. However the rooms were so gorgoeus we chose to eat in at times.The breakfast was memorabbly delicious. Especially the croissant and the butter. Amazing showers, sheets, living space. Highest quality luxury. Attentive, helpful kind staff.

Our stay at Hotel Gabrielli was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, I was swept away by its timeless Venetian charm, elegant atmosphere and warm hospitality.
The hotel blends historic beauty with modern comfort in a way that feels both luxurious and authentically Venetian.
The location is unbeatable, right on the waterfront with breathtaking views of the lagoon and just a short stroll from the city’s most iconic landmarks.
The staff deserves special praise. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond with recommendations, directions and little gestures that made my stay extraordinary.
Breakfast was a delight too.
If you’re looking for an experience that captures the beauty, romance, and soul of Venice, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I’ll absolutely be returning!

We had a fantastic three-night stay at Hotel Gabrielli Venezia. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and offered an amazing view over the lagoon — truly one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel combines classic Venetian charm with modern comfort, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful despite being so close to the main attractions.
If there’s one area for improvement, the breakfast buffet was slightly below expectations, and the bathroom layout felt a bit inefficient in terms of space and usability. Still, these were minor details in what was otherwise a wonderful and memorable stay.

very friendly staff. great rooftop terrace. pretty room with stunning view over the Grand Canal. excellent concierge service! Alessandro booked some fantastic restaurants for us in Venice and Murano.
I loved being on the Grand Canal but it was a bit of a hassle with the crowds getting there. a bit far.

The daily breakfast was a great touch.
Aside from the breakfast, pretty much all of it. The room they gave us was allegedly an "upgrade," and it didn't look at all like the photo of the room I paid for. It was old, and the hotel was worn out. Woman at front desk was also slightly arrogant.
