It's a great location, access is really easy from and to there. They call this area "Vegas" because is where luxury stores are, so it's usually crowded but also safe and always very illuminated which was nice.
The room was compact as Italy is but comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Bathrooms looked renovated maybe, they were different from the bedroom decor.
Staff was really welcoming and nice with guests. Every night we found some new chocolates in our place.
We also had breakfast every day and it was good.
Couldn't say. Whish the room had been a little bigger since we had a lot of luggage, but we now know this is Italy.

Staff were courteous, and very helpful providing my wife with ice to help with her knee injury. They were also very helpful with directions, and guidance on what to see and do nearby. Wonderful experience, would stay here again.
Everything was fine. Because of the time of year (late October) we did not really get much chance to sit on the rooftop, but it would be nice during warmer weather.

Fantastic location steps to everything we wanted to do in Venice. The Staff was fantastic with great ideas for dinners and arranging transportation. We will never stay anywhere else in Venice. The Breakfast was outstanding! Room was very clean and the bathroom modern.

Very nice hotel, awesome location, but the actual value comes from the staff. They won’t let you down, are excellent tour guides who know all the history of Venice, and will go above and beyond to make your stay a great one.

Location is amazing, the view from the terrace is really nice for your welcome drink, not very noisy at night, very clean and we got clean towels everyday with some little treat like a chocolate or a cookie, I really enjoyed my stay, one of the best experiences I’ve had , the staff is also very sweet ? gave us so many tips , and the hotel app is very helpful, we will be back!
The breakfast buffet is not really a buffet, you have to wait in a queue for your turn to be served, you’re not allowed to touch anything, they would get mad at you ?
I don’t fully understand the logic, but ok, it was not that bad :)

The location was excellent and a short walk from San Marco square and San Marco Vaporetto. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. However, it was a bit tight with two large bags. This was our first trip to Venus and the front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations. There is a neat little rooftop bar. The breakfast was good. It was set up as a buffet, but they require one of the staff to actually put the food on your plate which was a bit strange. The house cleaning staff would put little treats in your room like chocolates on your pillows at night which we thought was a nice touch!
The A/C in our room struggle to keep us cool and is controlled by the front desk. I called every day to have them turn it to the coolest temperature possible. It took a while to cool down. There a no face cloths in Italy so bring your own.

Location and fabulous staff. Claudia was so helpful in pointing out on a map places that were a must see and where to eat. Valuable information that we used. We also were told by Ricardo where to find the best gondola ride away from the crowds. It was magical.

This hotel is centrally located. The rooms are beautiful. We had a room with a balcony. We enjoyed taking a break from our busy tourist day to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine. Also enjoyed the roof top terrace. The breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

No fault of theirs but it was hot and humid and air condition didn’t work very well. They did provide us with a fan.
