Hotel is absolutely normal especially if you just want to have normal bath, tidy yourself up then go out for the whole day and return back just for normal sleeping. Bed was really comfortable and also, bathroom is clean. Some bathroom features are a bit old, but everything works fine.
Also, location is good. for just 1 minute way there is a bus stop and we were going to Venice by bus N19 in maximum 20 minutes, which is comfortable. Also, tram is working there, but we didn't use it.
We recommend to go there from Venice Santa Lucia Station.
Outside is quiet area and I can't say anything bad on our stay.
To consider apartment prices in Venice, which is really high, this place is really worth the price paid. For short stay and for being outside whole day, this hotel is normal version if you want budget friendly traveling.
The room is really small (Our room was small), but as I mentioned, we were whole day out and it wasn't a huge discomfort.
Also, some stuff from the room is already old, but they work.
Lighting wasn't very good at room, but this was also not problematic for us.
If you have to spend a large part of the day in this hotel, it’s definitely not comfortable. But if you mainly plan to be outside, booking this hotel on a budget is a good decision.

The property was close to the airport and had a cafe and 2 pizza shops about a block away. The decode was a bit old and the room was extremely small. We only stayed one night to be close to the airport. Also it was on the bus route direct to Venice. They had coffee available in the morning to purchase.

The hotel staff was very polite and very helpful.
He kept a parking spot for us in front of the hotel and also helped us to create the exemption permit to visit venice for free.
The hotel and the room was really dirty and the smell of cigarette smoke was present in all areas, including our room.
The bathroom had constantly a horrible smell of sewage.
The room was really dirty, walls and furniture with dirt.
No sound proofing at all. I woke up to the alarm of someone else at 5am from a different room and after half an hour of snoozing the alarm, he went to the toilet and started coughing and spitting for another half an hour making it impossible to continue sleeping.
The sounds from the the street below sounded like the traffic is passing by under my bed.
I'm really disappointed because i had to pay 100eur for my stay, and afterwards i have read reviews that people had paid as low as 30eur, which would had been a proper price for the stay.

We stayed at Ducale on our final night in Venice. We had an early flight to Tel Aviv, so the location was perfect. We found parking right in front of the hotel. The staff checked us in quickly. The room was comfortable, the shower was good, the price was great! We returned the key at 4 am, and drove 7 minutes to the airport. If you need something quick and easy, this is the place.

Location near to the bus stop.
The room is very dirty once turn on the heater the dirt fly around. They don’t change us the towels or clean our room even already informed. Whoever wants to book this you’d better consider again as you will get sick after staying here. Totally not suggest!

Convenient location to use traveling through Venice - I stayed overnight to wait for a connecting flight. Bus stop just in front of hotel. Staff was present and helpful

Although a little out of “Venice” there is direct tram and bus into the center it takes about an hour but regular service. You can also get a direct bus to Marco Polo airport from outside the hotel.
Decor and furnishing is more hostel than hotel, but to be fair the price is very reasonable so expectations should match.
