Great location curled away in the heart of San Marco. Comfortable rooms and attendant staff. The rooms were quaint and cozy.
Bathroom shower/tub is not set up well for anyone over 5ft tall. It’s fine but awkward and need to hunch over. Other than that, it’s great.

The location is excellent. It's 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and the Vaporetto leaves us very close to the hotel. It's a quiet hotel with 24-hour reception. Breakfast is well served and the lady who attends to us is very kind. The reception staff are also very polite and helpful.
There’s not a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom is large enough to fit a shower stall, but they put a dirty curtain around the edges to stop the water coming out, which of course it doesn't. The bed wasn’t good.

Was clean and quiet air conditioning worked well.
Was not informed that we needed our passport to check in. This was a problem.
Unfortunately, the front desk clerk was not very nice about it.

After a long airplane ride, the Hotel dell'Opera provided a wonderful place to rest. There were four of us, and we chose two canal-view rooms--so peaceful and relaxing. A+ staff and location.

Great staff! Violeta was very kind and friendly during our breakfast time. There's a 15-20 minutes walking distance to San Marco Piaza. Restaurants and cafes are all over around the hotel.

We especially enjoyed the staff, so personable and helpful. We had to book this at the last minute after the boiler broke at our Airbnb and cancelled stay. Turned out to be a much better location and everything about the hotel was very good. Beautiful, clean, welcoming

Nice, quiet t rooms. Good beds. Helpful courteous staff. The little top floor terrace was a bonus. Breakfast good but nothing special for 18 euros, but that is the going rate. I would add maybe a bit of hot food and some fresh breakfast fruit beyond apples and bananas. Close to San Marco and Gondola stop out front if hou are so inclined!
