Best place we stayed in Italy! It’s a quiet unassuming place with AC, comfy bed, great location, breakfast, and a view overlooking the canal. Wish all my hotels were like this

Wonderful
The bed was very comfortable, the entire hotel was spotless. It is on a small canal, but very quiet with easy access to other busier areas. The in-room bathroom was a little cramped. The breakfast was okay, maybe some fruit and yogurt would be nice. Overall very satisfied, and when we go back we'll stay here again.

The location was great and it was easy to get to everything from there. It was nice to know that there was someone on site 24/7 if I needed anything.
Everything was sufficient and there wasn't anything I didn't like. It would have been nice if the outside area was available during the hours posted.

Perfect location to attractions and delicious food.Also, it's closed to the train and bus station.The hotel itself has a vintage interior with his cons and prons.
There was only one problem it's a heating, outside was + 11 at night, when we asked to turn on heating service personnel of the hotel said they couldn't turn it on but they said that they try to fix the issue and we got heating in afternoon for maybe one hour, rest of the days my wife freezed moreover she is pregnant. I don't know why the administration of the hotel didn't want to solve this problem(which was clearly obvious) because I think it's not a technical issue. Perhaps it related to saving money if not, why no one maintains the technical condition of their heating system. In general,in the morning we sneezed and coughing with other guests, in addition we arrived home and got cold both.

Disappointing
This hotel is well located fairly near Piazzale Roma. Room was very tiny with no room for luggage. Breakfast was limited to hard boiled eggs, rolls and croissants. We're vegan and so very limited for us. Had to share a bathroom too. Staff not friendly .But it is very clean.

The location was perfect. It was easy to get to and had a wonderful restaurant close by which another guest had suggested. We had dinner at Ristorante Pizzeria Dolfin.
The bed slanted to one side a bit.

The location is great right next to a little canal and a bit hidden on this alley.
Charming in a way as it feels like a little house.
Maybe a 15-20min walking distance from the train station (but still close enough and you don’t cross so many bridges - particularly good if you bring heavy suitcases). And just a bit closer to the bus station.
Good restaurants and bars nearby.
I had an individual size bed and felt very uncomfortable. Maybe it’s time to change the mattress.
The breakfast was very basic, but I guess similar to other similar stays.

The room was clean and nice, location was perfect and river view absolutely stunning.
The bathroom is shared so it depends on other guests whether it will be nice and clean or disgusting :( so one night was great and the other night not so much. But this was the only issue and not the hotels fault. Maybe some signs in the bathroom to leave it clean for other or similar, idk.

This is a great place to stay. The location is an easy walk from the transportation center and is located in a quieter part of Venice giving it more of a local charm. There are several places nearby for cappuccino and since it is not in the main tourist area they were half the price. Several excellent restaurants in the area, again at much cheaper prices than the tourist areas. Would HIGHLY recommend the Dolphin (Dolfin) restaurant which is less than a 5 minute walk and they have gluten free options.

The location and cleanliness was phenomenal. I had a room overlooking the canal, which was fabulous. The shared washroom was always clean.
Im celiac and at the continental breakfast I was only able to eat hard boiled eggs; which was totally fine for me.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Easy to find as we follow the instruction from their website. Good value for money. Nice view to the canal, bedroom was okay. Shared bathroom was clean and bright. I will stay again if i visited Venice.

Love that everything was clean and everywhere you want to go is within walkable distance!
Didn’t love that there was no AC. The first night was kind of warm but the second was fine!
