Rooms were nice and cozy. just the right temperature at night. We slept well.
Location was good enough, about 5 minutes walk to Rialto vaporetto stations and around the same amount of time hoing to St Mark’s square.
Receptionists were always nice but the other staff members (housekeeping and the breakfast staff) werent as friendly. They dint even say hi when they see you along the corridor, which can be off putting.
Breakfast was good, but always the same.
Only the less friendly staff members i guess. But it’s really not too bad.
Also there are no elevators. So it is going to be a challenge if you have huge piecea of luggage (like we did) and you get assigned a room in the upper floors.

Centrally located to all neighborhoods. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast each morning as well. Good selection of restaurants close by and the gelato shop right next door is great.

All the staff were very kind and especially welcoming. They helped me with my luggage and its transportation to the airport — they were truly helpful. If any hotel guests have heavy baggage and find it difficult to move around the streets of Venice, you can easily ask the staff for assistance — they will gladly help you handle it. And if someone needs to get to the airport in the most comfortable way possible, the staff can also assist with that.

The location was perfect. It's located close to all we wanted to see in Venice. There were many restaurant and shopping options close by. Breakfast was included and offered many choices. Our room next to the walkway below our windows so it was a little loud if you kept the windows open at night, however this didn't bother us it just added to the charm.
There were mosquitos in our room so we left with many bites. The hotel left a plug-in mosquito repellant in the room but we didn't realize that it was for that purpose so it didn't get used.

Explicit directions (including photos) well in advance of my arrival to the hotel came as a great relief for someone completely unfamiliar with Venice. Although my room wasn't much bigger than an American walk-in closet, it was well laid out and I awoke every morning to the smell of croissants baking in the kitchen below. A first-rate breakfast, savory and sweet with plenty of options fortified me for getting lost. You'll love your room key, too, as soon as you learn that you can leave it with the front desk.
A shelf in the bathroom and more room in the over-stuffed mini bar to store some beverages and fruit would have increased my rating from a 9 to a 10.

Wow, what a great hotel and location with shops and gelato right when you walk out the door! The staff was super welcoming from the time we walked into the hotel. The check in process was easy and they offered us something to drink at check-in, which was a nice touch. We also very much appreciated the staff helping us carry our luggage upstairs since there isn't a lift. The room was beautifully decorated with Venetian decor and blown glass accents from Murano. The bathroom was updated and had a really nice shower. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the breakfast! It was amazing with so many options, especially for my GF friends!
I think the only thing lacking was the lift, but we were fine with the workout. I'm used to stairs at my house, but this would be a drawback for some people with bad knees or poor health.

The location was excellent, typically not more than 10 minutes from. The places we wanted to visit. The staff is outstanding! The room is small but it was typical of what we find in Europe.
I think an upgrade of the bathroom would make a huge improvement to the stay the small shelf space and lighting could benefit from an upgrade
