Location was awesome, staff were nice too!
The little stairs in the entrance were intimidating , but help with the luggages made the fear disappear. Would choose the hotel again!
The beds were a bit harder for us, could have more pillow choices, but very nice overall.

Location staff and hotel. We were 30seconds from being on piazza san marco. Staff was attentive and nice. Had massage from Rico while there. There was daily housekeeping and turndown service whats not to like!

We enjoyed our whole stay.The staff was extremely friendly.The breakfast was wonderful; even had mimosas.Wonderful view from breakfast room. Large room.
It was a little noisy on our side of the hotel at night until everything closed down. It got loud in the early morning while stores and restaurants were opening.

Location and balcony view were great.
Toilet was constantly running. When I told the front staff, they said I pushed the wall button too hard. Needless to say it ran for next 2 days- I just shut the bathroom door.

it's all about the location. great spot to be when visiting for a few days. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
can be a bit noisy, however given the location this may be expected. no international tv stations, may be important to some yet not for all. many mosquitoes in the room.

I’ve been to Venice over 40 times as I used to live in Italy . This was a revisit after 8 years! I picked this hotel location for the view and the convenience and it worked ! The rooms were great , the view beautiful, and the breakfast was wonderful, all kinds of options. What visitors don’t realize is food can get pricey in Venice so you may save money picking a cheaper hotel but in food costs you pay more .. advice get the hotels with the breakfast ! The hotel makes you feel like royalty with the free prosecco , the slippers, the luxury treatment it’s wonderful ! Historically this building has been here thousands of years and being this close to the basilica made it really easy to see the sites ! Thank you Concordia staff !
The shower doors they were half doors and it was difficult to keep water off the floor ( buy shower curtains it’s an easy fix) .. um no free cappuccino's for breakfast.. a machine would be nice :) and ther than that awesome stay!!

The location.
It's absolutely freezing at night, you can't breath from so much cold. They don't provide heating, claiming it's the same in the Whole Italy (their words). Heating there by law starts at 15 October but still we were there with a 4 year old, booked 3 nights and left just after the first night. The whole vacation was ruined because they didn't inform us it would be so freezing cold, we wouldn't risk our child's and our own health like that. The cold was unbearable. We went outside to get warm. By the end the manager didn't even care to apologise for the inconvenience. They took the money and didn't provide what we paid for.

The hotel and staff is welcoming. It is centrally located just off of San Marco square.
The room was very small. The shower/bathtub "glass is not wide enough so water gets on the floor.

The location is great, close to San Marco (maybe the only downside are the throngs of tourists that you encounter as soon as you exit the hotel). The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. As far as location, it was somewhat inconvenient getting to and from the train station/ airport, but it was where I spent the majority of my time. It was so easy to just run up and drop some bags or change my shoes.
Though I love the room keys and the system they have in place, having something a little more modern (like a key card) would have been more convenient.

The location was fantastic! Nestled in amongst restaurants, shops and extremely close to just about everything I had scheduled. The staff was efficient and professional.
I had a relatively great experience except for finding mold inside the shower. With the humidity levels and high temperatures, this isn’t overly shocking but seeing so much of it definitely freaked me out.
