The bedrooms were quite comfortable, spacious and cozy. The location was also great.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked everything about the property and the service.
Breakfast was delicious and offered a large variety of foods. We really enjoyed the lasagna at dinner.r

Breakfast was "magnifico" , beds were very comfy. Location is 100m from San Marco Square and right on one of the canals ,
there was no stink from it, only charm noise from bypassing gondolas and water Taxi. Checkout is 12PM.

Awesome location, with a dock so we don’t have to transport our bags along the alleys or streets! The rooms were beautiful, especially the canal view, made the stay so worth it to be able to people watch from our window.

Great location! The hotel staff were all fabulous! They were able to coordinate private taxi trips from the airport and to the island of Murano and train station for us. Delicious breakfast with cappuccino. Nice rooms with marble floors and chandelier.

What an exceptional property! Perfectly located in a quiet spot over a small canal and yet minutes from everything. The room was beautiful and perfectly appointed. Service was excellent

Excellent location, very convenient in the heart of the city close to San Marco. Very friendly staff, excellent communication, took great care of us. Overall very good experience (regardless of some minor things).
Our room was extremely hot and this made uncomfortable, unfortunately hotel was still in "winter set up" (no airconditioning), staff did provide fan - it helped a bit, but still... Breakfast could have been better.
