Location is absolutely spot on, a two minute walk to St Marks Square, food and drink and shops just around the corner. Great view of the canal.
Unfortunately, we had a lot of noise from the room above as there was a family above. As the rooms are large and have solid floors, noise does echo around. We moved rooms and everything was OK then. Breakfast room is small and cramped if at peak times.

This is a wonderful hotel, every detail is beautiful and intentional. We had a room at the top with a private terrace and fantastic view, very romantic. The heart and soul of this place is the fantastic staff, they made our stay so special. Grazie mille!

the location was perfect and the staff could not have been nicer! The hotel is central location for lots of main attractions as well as on a canal so you get the true feeling of Venice.

The two staff (a woman and man) we had seemed to run if it was there own, kept it spotless and well stocked it was by far the most beautiful and varied breakfast buffet Ive had and everything was top quality. Really too many options to list! Best breakfast ever.
We could have stayed longer! The bellhop was charming, Tomasso at the front desk made all the travel arrangements for me and answered a billion questions via email before Id even arrived. He was exceptionally helpful and we not only would reco this hotel but plan to return and stay longer!

Great location and staff was very accommodating. Only negative was that the shower floor was very slippery so we had to be very careful. Beautiful old hotel

Everything was really good, the rooms, the staff and the location in the center of Venice at only 2 minutes from San Marco Square. We didn't eat at the hotel except for the breakfast which was good.
We really din't find anything to complain about. Staff, location and even price were really good and all the family enjoyed the stay in the hotel and Venice in general.

Ridiculous shower enclosure, impossible not to flood the whole bathroom floor when u showered.

A perfect stay in Venice! Rooms were traditional and very lux, plenty of room and beautiful bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect, a bit of a walk from the ferry with suitcases but it was worth it and that is to be expected in Venice. Very helpful staff and really good breakfast with continental and hot food. Given you are in the heart of Venice it was very peaceful as well, would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a Deluxe Double with Canal View.
Sometimes there was no one on the bar but its a very small negative, the place was fabulous!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Venice. We had a lovely ornate room for 4 people and couldn't fault it. Lovely sweets in reception. Would stay again!
Check in took more than 30 minutes with a big queue of people, same with check out - so perhaps a bit understaffed at reception
