Nothing, very bad actually
The girl in the reception was very negative and not pleasant at all, the room was really smaller than we saw in the picture, mold was everywhere, luckily we stayed there just one day, avoid at any cost ?

As with everything, location, location location. We took the water bus back to the train station which was very nice.
It was a bit of a walk from the bus drop off to the hotel. That seems to be the case for most of the hotels near St. Marks. It was our 1st time there so navigating was a little tough. Not knowing how the water buses or water taxis work didn't help.

Disappointing
the room interior was spacious and beautiful. The staff was helpful but ultimately only solved about half of our issues.
The safe did not work, there was a water puddle in our room from the air conditioner, when we turned the AC off we could not turn it back on, the lights were out in our hallway.

When i checked in they gave me a room but withput city view like i booked, i put my luggage’s and i went to have a dinner,but when i returned after couple of hours the AC was stopped of working, and i called the one who was working there and he tried to fix it many times but it didn’t work, i asked him to give me another room and he said that the hotel is fully booked, and the way he was speaking was without respect and he was very rude, after many trial to fix it it didn’t work, he contact some one i think he’s the manager and he told him to chane me the room, but the room they gave it to me was very very small not like the one i booked, and without refrigerator.

Location was great. We were a few minutes walking from the near water-bus stop and Plaza San Marcos. We also had good restaurant near the entrance with delicious food.
The terrace doesn’t look like the pictures they have on their profile.

2 beds joined together as one instead of 1 Queen or King bed. Had to pay for the 2 small bottles of water, should be complimentary.

The location of the hotel is great - perhaps 100 m from St Mark's Square, but on a quiet side street, so the hotel is quiet. The rooms are large and the bathroom was recently renovated and a good shower. The rooftop terrace was very nice - you could even see the domes of St Mark's from there! I recommend the breakfast - very good value.

Amazing location, very good for the price and nice staff.
Bed wasn’t too comfortable and the walls were paper thin. Could hear the entire conversation of the room next door all night.

Clean and in a good location.
We were on like the 4th floor and have a 2 year old. They persistently asked us if we wanted to add on breakfast the day we checked in and said it's an international breakfast so we added it and paid the price and it was one of the most minimal hotel breakfasts we've ever experienced, definite rip off.

Excellent location, helpful staff, clean and beautifully decorated, mini bar in room, great outdoor terrace, would definitely return ?
A wonderful place as a base to explore Venice, we loved it!
All was great, 62 stairs to climb to our third floor bedroom but we didn't mind working off some of the delicious tiramisu ❤️

The location was in the heart of Venice and the staff were great!
Breakfast wasn't included and the hotel was a little musty, but most in Venice likely are.
