Quaint place. Staff wonderful. Very clean, room updated. Comfortable beds, good size room for 3 people. Great location. I wanted a safe and clean place. Far exceeded my picky expectation. Would definitely recommend !and I’m hard to please.
Very small shower. Annex was great but lift not working.

This little gem was exactly what I imagined..the location is so close to waterfront but set back among gorgeous little streets across a bridge like an beautiful scene from a movie. The welcome at reception is exceptional ..after a long day travelling their warmth and the hotel's ambiance is exactly what the traveller needs. Their knowledge is on the spot and they are so willing to assist. The dining room staff are also a gem . I loved our stay here.. The beautiful room the complimentary treats are amazing ..location is key here also. If you are looking to experience luxury and old world Charm , this is the hotel to go to.

Very clean and comfortable. We had a great canal view from our room. The staff was amazing. They arranged a private water taxi for us (for a fee) both to and from the airport. They picked us up from the taxi stop and carried our bags all the way to our room. They gave us a map on arrival with suggestions on the best things to see in the city. We paid for the breakfast during our stay and it was very good. Eggs, meat, cheese, bread, pancakes, pastries, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, hot coffee, juice. Truly the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Everything we did was about a 15-30 minute walk. We enjoyed great food and Gelato in the area. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Everything was excellent and the staff was amazing. We struggled to locate the hotel but someone stayed on the phone to guide us in the right direction. The hospitality was impeccable!!
Directions to hotel could be a little clearer. A notation to use Google Maps instead of Apple is strongly needed.

Breakfast and location were great. Top marks there.
The host at reception was smug and flat out lied about the temperature control for the room saying it was impossible to change it from the nearly 28 Celsius. It was unbearable and I had to insist he turn on the AC given my spouse’s health condition. Miraculously, he fixed it upon shielding from view the master control system he had access to all along. I get the hotel may want to conserve energy but not at the discomfort of guests.

The free WiFi wasn’t secure and i was hacked within minutes of connecting. The toilet seat wasn’t secured well.
