Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and the maid came every day to straighten up and bring clean towels. The location of the hotel was close to everything and we could walk to events we wanted to see. The breakfast and coffee were excellent. Overall it is a great place to stay
The only thing I didn't like was the hair dryer in the room. It did not get hot and I couldn't do my hair.

Great hotel very close to it all! The hotel was immaculate.. very clean! The staff was exceptional and communication prior to arrival was fantastic! We stayed in the deluxe suite and the balcony/garden was wonderful. It’s a great location where you can walk anywhere to. I would definitely stay again. Venice is beautiful!

Gholam, the Receptionist that greeted us on arrival was extremely friendly, professional, and informative. He graciously shied us our cosen room then proceeded to show and extend us a very nice upgraded room right on a canal for a nominal upcharge of which we gratefully accepted. Property is beautiful and well-maintained. Wonderful breakfast included in the rate provided by caring and courteous attendants. Comfortable outdoor private courtyard. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
Nothing.

Perfect location—just a few minutes’ walk to St. Mark’s Square and the water bus! The room was very spacious for 4 of us with comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. A fantastic place to stay!

Staff was so helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean. They booked a private water taxi for us to get to our cruise ship, so worth it!
Rooms are a little small, nothing fancy, but still nice.

Wonderful
The property was well situated and easily accessible. Our room was on the first floor directly by the breakfast area. However, there was a door in front of our room door which blocked out all the smells and noise making for a very comfortable stay. There were a lot of choices offered for breakfast and it was delicious. The outdoor courtyards were comfortable and inviting. Our concierge, Frederico was extremely helpful and engaging.

Very little
Property was not as shown. Rooms were not near each other. Staff at the desk messed up booking things and overcharged while insisting cash only. (Assumption that they will keep the difference). My room was set up poorly. We had a light flashing which they simply unscrewed and didnt fix.

Beautiful property with A/C on a quiet canal, but close to Piazza San Marco. Delicious breakfast (breads, pancakes, cheese, meat, yogurt, fruit, etc.). There’s an inner courtyard that is perfect in good weather. Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond.
I liked it all.
