What a gem of a property ? Very close to Fte Nova water station . Arrival is via their pretty garden area where breakfast can also be taken. We had the economy double and were very happy with the room , bathroom and very comfortable bed. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful with advice,recommendations and tips. We loved the area , walkable to everything with plenty of restaurants and bars close by and not super expensive! We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else !

Really delightful little hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely charming atmosphere. Good air-conditioning despite a heatwave. Easily accessible via vaporetto or ferry. Breakfast was great.

We had such a lovely stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They knew it was our anniversary and helped me plan a little surprise for my boyfriend, which made everything feel so special. The hotel is very cute, quiet, and in a great location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!
