Great price with a perfect location for a weekend stay. Less than 10 minutes walking to the bus. Staff was polite and friendly. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed staying here.

Location location location! Short walk from the bus from the airport, short walk to the train on the day we left. Short walk to a vaporetto stop for exploring the city!

It was secluded yet close to so many things!
Venice is hard to navigate so funny I was a little bit tricky but once we did and we got the hang of the area and the alleyways, it was great and it was nice that it was off the beaten path

The location was a little hard to locate at first,but once installed, it was easy to walk-in and out of it.
The room cleanliness was well maintained, however, the cover-sheet was inadequate for the temperature prevailing during our period of stay with night temp of around 8C with no heating.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Rooms to be either heated or providing better night covering in line with prevailing night temp i.e around 8C.

The location is great, close to the train station, which is very helpful. And the included breakfast (which was delicious) is a plus.
The hotel is old and needs renovation. We stayed in a small double room and it's really small! I even regretted not getting a bigger room. Furthermore, because the room was on the ground floor next to the kitchen, we started hearing noise during breakfast preparation and the staff talking shortly before 7 am. For those who like to rest a little longer, it's annoying.

The room furniture was very very old and overused. The shower was terrible. Water would spill on the floor easily. Bed cover and blanket were also very old. I also tried to cancel and modify my reservation but the hotel would not allow it

I liked the location and the room staff was really nice and my wife and I felt very safe knowing that there is 24/7 someone in the reception and that they lock the door at night making it safer

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They helped us book a gondola for a great price. The room was nice overall for the price. We loved having a balcony. It was an easy walk from the train station to the hotel and about a 25 minute walk to St. Mark’s square.
The bathroom was very small and poorly lit, so it was hard to navigate.

The hotel location was excellent for us as we parked our car in Mestre and took a short bus ride to Venice and then a short walk to the hotel. It was about 20-25 minutes walk to the St Mark' square. The room was pleasant and the breakfast was good value.
