Short walk from train station coming to Venice and short walk to bus station to get to the airport. Food nearby and convenient to vaporetto. Breakfast was good and room nicely appointed

It’s very well located. 8 minutes walking from the train station. The staff is professional and very welcoming. The rooms are big, colourful and very clean. No noise. Just perfect.

The breakfast was very plentiful and well presented. The room (206) was very nice clean and well appointed. The location was perfect and very quiet and safe but easy to walk to all sites. The hotel was very posh inside with lots of marble, brass and glass in the halls and stairways. The staff was very helpful.
Only problem was the shower had mold along the bottom edges and needs to be removed or cleaned.

The location is perfect, close to the train station but very quite area. The Palazzo is really beautiful and the rooms were okay (although 4 Stars that does not really mean anything in Venice since everything is just not at that level). It was nice that I could enter the room earlier than the usual check in and the receptionist at the entrance was very nice. Breakfast is very good too. I discovered a few ants in my room in the evening building a street through the room and let the other receptionist know during check-out but he was telling me that ants are something „natural“ and that there would be no measure taken against them. I do not think that ants should be considered normal in a 4 star hotel room however, nor did I appreciate the guy behind the reception lecturing me about ants‘s natural habitat. The rooms have to be clean and clean means bug free, no matter what bug we are talking about, even if it is „just ants“ and customers no matter what gender or age cannot be talked down to like that second receptionist did. I am doing you a favour telling you about a problem and you are telling me I am wrong?!?

I like so much the location. So peaceful but close to the very good restaurants. Also dizajn of this historical building is attractive, modern and full of the colours. I would like to come and stay here again.

I liked the location (within a walking distance from main sights, a short walk to the train station & nearest stop of the ferry from the airport, while at the same time outside the very crowded touristy area), a selection of restaurants and bars nearby as well. The room was good (although the place does not offer any good views from the rooms), comfy bed, convenient bathroom.
Breakfast could be better, they offer only a quite limited selection of basic food options (like a typical 2- or less start hotel's breakfast in other locations). If you stay for multiple days, I'd recommend to book without the breakfast, and explore breakfast options in the city.

Walking distance from SL railway station (10-15 minutes max), no need to use vaporetto, slightly fer from main touristic routes so no noise at midnight etc. Breakfast was good, bathroom is heated (which is not so common)
