We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has exceptional location, very close to the centre of Venice but at the same time aside of the main touristic routes. I loved the room design, the bed was very comfortable, everything was perfect. Breakfast was nice and absolutely sufficient to start the day. I asked for a good chamber as we had a special occasion to enjoy these days, and the hotel accommodated us to the suit with a bath tub (perfect for Venice in December) and with a fantastic view to the lagoone, so that we could hear the sea sounds during the night. So it was a total joy, and we are very grateful.

Staff-Exceptional, friendly, very helpful
Location-Instant access to the bridges, loved the big wide street out front with the various restaurants
For me-I think adding scrambled eggs and bacon would be a huge plus
More outlets or charging ports in the bedrooms

Had a wonderful stay at this small hotel. So cosy and comfortable. Lovely rooms, very Venetian decoration, overlooking the water. Perfect location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Location ,front bedrooms had great views across the lagoon . The staff were very friendly and helpful and because it is a small hotel it had that family friendly feel to it. Our bedroom was very well positioned and proportioned and also very tastefully decorated. The continental breakfast was plentiful.

the location is great to visit the biennale and also castello is out of the way from the herds of tourists.
Breakfast was disappointing: no fresh vegetables or cooked meal, just cakes and yogurt. The reception asked me to pay for the tax (3 euros) in cash even though they could accept credit cards. i smelled someone smoking twice in 24 hours (in the evening and early morning). Dark room facing the courtyard.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. About 30 minute walk to St Marks Sq. Near enough to walk but far enough away from the crowds.
