The hotel was very centrally located and the front desk was open 24hr which was convenient as we arrived late. The staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs.
The bed was uncomfortable, and unfortunately, some of the other hotel guests were loudly arguing, resulting in the police being called at 4 am. Both factors contributed to a poor night's sleep. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with extended options. Overall, a good selection at breakfast.

I loved the location — it was close to everything, including shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which was a nice change from the tiny ones you usually find in hotels these days.
The downside was that everything felt quite old — from the bedding to the furniture, the whole room had that dated, heavy vibe. Even though it was clean, it just didn’t feel fresh or comfortable. The bed and bedding weren’t great, and there was no elevator, so walking up three floors every time was a bit inconvenient.

Location is quite good - Close to most attractions and shopping, as well as good restaurants.
Breakfast was definitely good! Large room. Attentive and courteous staff.
It’s a dated establishment, no elevator (there are also only 3 floors).
The major issue was that the blankets were absolutely too old, to the point of causing an allergic reaction for both of us. (Sneezing, scratchy throat, coughing, itchy eyes.)
After we identified the cause we received brand new blankets but the first night was pretty bad.
Mediocre lighting in room. Bad noise insulation, people walking down the stairs causing loud reverberations.

The staff were AMAZING!!! Very friendly and helpful!! The location was great...very convenient and easy. The breakfast was very nice as well.
We found the room to be very dated. The room was well worn and rather "tired".

The Room took us back in history! It was a RICH venetian gothic style room with vintage furniture and giant chandelier. The staff was more than friendly, very very helpful and patient. The location was the best!!! We walked to St. Marks Square and there are so many stores and restaurants - it is steps from a canal where you can get a gondola ride. The Breakfast was fantastic! It had hot and cold options, it was a buffet with so many choices.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I recommend down bedding and pillows for more comfort and luxury in this super luxurious room. I didn't like that we had to leave the room key with the front desk before we left, but it's understandable WHY... the rooms keys were actual KEYS and if they were lost, it would be hard to replace.

The property was in a good location 4 minutes walk from San Marco. And the access from the vaporetto was easy.
It is a good value for money as we were 4 persons and we manages to take 1 room. The staff is helpful
The property needs some renovation and maintenace.
The bed sheets didn’t give you the impression that they are clean because they are. A bit old. Clear white sheets would do the job

The hotel’s only real advantage is its great location, conveniently close to everything.
The room was old-fashioned, with very outdated furniture and in clear need of an upgrade. There was no proper quilt provided, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The breakfast was average at best, nothing to look forward to.
We shared our feedback with the staff during checkout, but they showed little interest or concern, which added to the overall disappointment.
