The rooms were cold. Breakfast included. Hotel staff very attentive to all my needs. Each room had a whirlpool bathtub which was greatly appreciated on a long summer day in Venice.
Decor was older but the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was plentiful & goos selection, both continental and a selection of cooked dishes. Location is great, just far enough from the exceptionally busy ares but still within walking distance, 6/8 minutes to San Marco.
Early morning noise form building works being undertaken opposite.

We liked the Vibe of the hotel and the location which was in the center of Venice.
The hotel was a bit old and the breakfast was really poor for this hotel.

The hotel was very close to everything, which made moving around very easy. It was also very clean and well organized. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

Lovely hotel, typical Venetian style. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was great and servers kept tables clean and available. Good options for Italian breakfast. Location is central.
Room was a bit cold. Would have liked thicker blankets or option to add more layers.

The booking sold me a room, and when I got there they gave another one. Inferior, dirty, with no hot water, broken trash can, ok and overpriced breakfast. I asked help from Booking, to get a refund and move hotels with my kids, they said they sent my complaint to the hotel.
