Everything was just wonderful. Staff were great, view from our room was fantastic.
Hotel has old world charm with keys left at reception.

Location convenient to the water buses yet quiet for sleeping
Staff very helpful answering questions concerning where to eat, water bus timetables, etc
Only downside is the breakfast. Eggs whether scrambled or hard boiled were fine but boring toast and hard rolls. Only ham no turkey. Didn’t replenish the strawberries. Lots of rich cakes - not the healthiest of choices

Everything! The hotel was gorgeous, comfortable and inviting. The breakfast was delicious and the amenities were plenty. Marco was outstanding. He was so sweet to me because he knew I had a sore throat. He and Stephano got me salt to gargle with, lemon tea and directed us to the pharmacy. All with smiles. The owner Gio was gracious and made sure we felt at home. Definitely returning. Ciao!

Location was fabulous for a quiet night sleep and easy on & off the Vaporetto. The staff was absolutely incredible and the owner was kind and interactive. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very well “stocked”

Location was perfect and close to a vaporetto stop. The view of the Venice lagoon was excellent and the room tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely room overlooking the water.

Location is excellent beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent. Very attentive the staff anything you need. I was taken back with size of room thought it was larger in pictures on line….But it was ok lovely hotel. I would come back.

We had a wonderful stay, especially due to fantastic staff, in the front desk, and all service areas. All of the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and in general any question. The breakfast was excellent quality and again hosted by very friendly staff. The location was excellent, a short walk from st marco square but distant enough to enjoy quietness. Strongly recommend to get a room with view - you won't need to go anywhere to see the sunset or moon night! We will be back.

Location is amazing being a leisurely stroll along the water right to st marks square. It’s also quieter than the main touristic places. Water bus stop is pretty close.
There was some dust in the room, black mold on the under lip of the bathtub, and one of the outlets wasn’t working. We let the staff know, but were not moved because it was booked up and we were only there for 2 nights
