Location is great, rooms are great but you have to accept they are all made to accommodate gueste but were originally from an older design.
Front desk was ok. The person movind baggage loads very inconsiderate and grumpy. Dining staff nasty people.

Location is quiet yet central.
Good breakfast.
Friendly staff.
Roomsize ok, bathroom a bit small, door couldn't be fully opened (hit the bidet). Shower door moving with high resistance only.
Coffee at breakfast is an insult for Italians. Scrambled egg felt like cooked from eggpowder.
All in all minor things only.

This property is simply a gem. Stylish, well run, nice rooms with comfortable beds.
The property could use a drop of sprucing up... principally address chipping paint.

Had a bad experience in a hostel, and I was looking for a quiet place to spend more quality sleep time. The location is perfect, only 4 minutes left from the first boat station. This hotel has a lot of charm as well!

Beautiful hotel on the Lido with a garden and a conservatory dining area. Regular vaporetto services to the main island. Appreciated the room upgrade. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The Lido wasn’t as frantically busy as the main island, so allowed much needed breathing time. Walking distance to the Lido beach, which could be nice in summer

Very close to the pier and Main Street. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff are super nice. There were many different options for breakfast. The decor of the hotel is charming with this old school look.

Good location
No running water on last morning of our stay, no possibility of leaving luggage (had to book a luggage storage externally) because "last day of season". No notice upon arrival but when we left, the fact that there was no water was shrugged away.
