You must put a black line on the steps at the entrance of the Rosa Salva Suites. There's a light but it's not enough. I almost fell down

We absolutely loved it here, the hotel has a modern to colonial mix atmosphere. The staff was incredible, helpful and super friendly. Close to main attractions and good authentic food. We will definitely book again.

We loved the front desk service - incredibly helpful with our room and recommendations.
The room itself was really nice, even though it was small, we really appreciated the lighting, cleanliness, high ceilings, and comfort of the space.

Loved everything. We stayed in the 'newer' section of the hotel and the room is amazing. We absolutely loved how close the room was to St Mark's Square. Everything is within walking distance from here. The room itself is very comfortable and we absolutely loved the shower!

Great hotel and would stay here again, if needed. The bed was a little too firm for us, but we made it work. No breakfast was a bummer and only 10% off at the pastry shop next door seemed a little low, but overall we like this hotel a lot.

The location was convenient to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge areas. The staff was helpful and accommodating with suggestions. The room was stocked with coffee and tea, and complimentary water, juice and yogurt. The adjoining pasticceria offered delicious pastries, desserts, and a host of other items affordably priced.
Our particular room had 3 steps up to the bathroom, which was fine for us, but may be of concern to others
