The location was convenient to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge areas. The staff was helpful and accommodating with suggestions. The room was stocked with coffee and tea, and complimentary water, juice and yogurt. The adjoining pasticceria offered delicious pastries, desserts, and a host of other items affordably priced.
Our particular room had 3 steps up to the bathroom, which was fine for us, but may be of concern to others

Nice suite in the middle of Venice city center. Quote and comfortable.
Staff was pushy. No amenities at all, not even shampoo. But I did get the reservation last minute and on sale.

Wonderful staff, patient with directions. Great cleaning crew. The bakery was a nice stop in the morning. Proximity to most of what we wanted to visit.
I chose the Rosa Salva Hotel because it was near St.Mark's square, and had an elevator. Unfortunately, we were on the side of the hotel with steps, leading to the 3rd floor. If I had read the fine print of the contract, I would have noticed that information was in the contract (small print).

Great hotel, location was close to everything. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
No breakfast, however the cafe attached has great cappuccino and pastries. If you stay at the hotel you’re given a 10% discount. Only down side is cafe wasn’t open on Sunday.

WE ordered a water taxi to pick us up from the train station and that was very helpful (though very pricey!). i recommend doing so anyway especially if this is your first visit to Venice. Location was fantastic and the staff was very freinldy.

- The proximity to the sights, water taxis is unbeatable.
- The facility was clean with some evidence of ongoing construction (appeared to be making improvements/remodeling).
- The are fantastic! Check in was a breeze, they were super efficient.
- Despite a brief walk-thru from the staff on how to work the thermostat in the room, we were a bit chilled while staying in the room.

Location was perfect. Location was central to everything you'd like to do during your first visit to Venice. And their suites are very spacious and comfortable for a small family. Staff were very responsive in the days leading up to my stay.

Great hotel and would stay here again, if needed. The bed was a little too firm for us, but we made it work. No breakfast was a bummer and only 10% off at the pastry shop next door seemed a little low, but overall we like this hotel a lot.
