Very Good
Excellent breakfast. We were a group with 5 rooms and yet the checkin went much faster than I expected. Very close to bus stop with direct connection to Venice and Mestre train station. Free luggage storage and they called the taxi which came in 5 mins.
Small shower area. Not a hotel issue - but writing so that hotel gets to know this: the taxi ride to Marco Polo airport was supposed to be 35 euros. But upon arrival at the airport, the driver charged as per the meter and it costed 50 euros.

Shower pressure water was good. AC worked well.
Staff at the reception never smiled. Room I was given was small dark and dirty. Bed board was pealing off. Stairway was dirty with garbage on the floor. I don't think that carpet in the room was ever cleaned.

Accesible by bus and very convenient location, breakfast included and the rooms were spacious enough. The bus stop is so close and drives you straight to Venice.

The room is big and clean. The staff are approachable and breakfast is good. Hotel is near to bus station which you can go directly to Venice Island.
Don't have a hook for the wet towel that we can hang.

I really liked the location of this hotel! It's only 15 minutes away from the center of Venice, and the bus stop is literally right next to the hotel, which made getting around super convenient. Great choice if you want easy access to Venice without staying in the middle of all the crowds. I also appreciated that they helped me get a taxi when I needed one one. They arranged a taxi for me at 4am. That was a huge help and made my trip much easier! That kind of service made a big difference!
The breakfast could be better. There weren’t many choices, and they didn’t even offer water. I also found it inconvenient that they don’t have an iron for guests.

after a 12 hour drive, we arrived at the hotel at 9pm. The reservation and payment had been made the day before. When we arrived at the hotel they didn't want to check us in and we waited in the car for 3 hours until they gave us the room.
The gentleman at the reception was very poorly trained, he had a totally wrong attitude
More attention to who you employ at the reception
