This was a fabulous hotel. A great location close to the Piazza Roma and the train station. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.
The only negative I have is that the pillows aren’t my personal favorite. A little flat for my taste but some may like them.

Location was convenient, its right across from the train station. Staffs were all very friendly and informative. We LOVE the breakfast provided by the hotel, everything was healthy and fresh, best way to start the day!
The only thing about staying at this hotel is that since its across from the train station (Santa Lucia Station), strolling luggage across the bridge with stairs was pretty tiring, hope the city can think of something better for travelers to cross the bridge with luggage, it is a tourism city...

Close to everything ! The gondola ride is right outside. The train station is right across the street. Walking distance to all tourist attraction. Water taxi brought us right in front of the hotel. The hotel provide a free boat ride to murano.

Elena at the front desk is a gift. She should be the face of this hotel. She immediately makes you feel welcomed and at home. Throughout the various times we went by the lobby she always greeted us with a kind smile and heartfelt wave. She made the stay extra special. We even saw her at the train station on her way home and she was just as kind professionally and on her own time. Well done hiring her!

Location was so convenient to both Piazzale Roma and the train station. It was also very close to multiple vaporetto stops.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast was a plus!

Check-in was easy, David was amazing. Gave us lot's of information, including that they give a free water taxi and tour of Murano. Handled our luggage without us even asking.
Breakfast was fantastic, coffee delicious, and the day we checked out very early they served us coffee, tea and croissants in the bar because we were too early for breakfast.
Right across the canal from the train station, so easy when we arrived. Made resevations for dinner for us, great hotel and affordable as well
They have a tub/shower combo so you have to acually step over the tub to get in, a little tough since our group were all over 85. It's the only thing I could find to complain about and It really wasn't a problem.
