Our room was beautifully remodeled, feeling incredibly fresh, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of great options to start the day. To top it off, the staff was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in.
Honestly, there is not a single thing I would change about this hotel. From the spotless room and great food to the incredible service, everything was absolutely top-notch! It was a 10 out of 10 experience in every way!

Vaporettas, gondolas and water taxis right outside of hotel! Train station across the canal but we had alot if luggage and didn’t realize lits of stairs only yo grt across canal! Had to hire sineone to carry our luggage over!

Wonderful location made it very easy to get to. The suite was a great size for my family of 4.
It was a little noisy with other guests and the door to the annex slams very hard.

We wanted to be close to the train station and it was perfect. The staff were amazing
Our room was small and so was the bathroom. Our companions room was not small and they had a bigger bathroom. We had three people in our room and they only had 2 ??♀️
