Wonderful
I liked that the reception is open until late, and there’s free parking for the car.
The location is quite peaceful, the rooms are clean, and the bed and pillows are comfortable.
It was my second stop at this hotel for one night.
The breakfast was a bit poor; if there were a few more options, it would be perfect.

Disappointing
The location is good; it takes about 15min to go to Venice.
I sent a message on my reservation before my stay because I had a question. However, the staff’s reply was too slow and not helpful. Is this standard in Italy? I think it’s not at least in my country.

We were rushed through breakfast 15 minutes before closing time. Selection is basic
The hotel was very basic and dingy looking, the beds very uncomfortable, we had to ask for extra pillow to compensate for the one extra flat pillow that we got that also was stained. One tiny bar of soap for three for 3 days. Very basic.

Rooms were not clean. Bed sheet had spots on it. Found spiders on the floor. Iron not provided. Breakfast was very bad.

Affordable, clean and quiet lodging. We arrived in the area somewhat late in the evening and this was a great place to spend a short night before going to the main area of Venice. We were not interested in trying to navigate the canals and such at 10pm after an 8 hour drive from Croatia.
The front desk worker was extremely slow in the check in process and in general not a very friendly individual. The breakfast options looked extremely limited so we opted to walk to a close by bar.

The size and cleanliness were great!
The AC units ran, and you could feel a trickle of cold air come out of them, but by no means did they cool the rooms down, we were so hot I nearly threw up all night and I had to move my kids mattress to the floor to sleep on.

Staff was great and friendly, very close to the airport, bathrooms were clean, and the bus transportation is close by
Unfortunately with all the positives, the AC DOES NOT WORK. We stayed in June, so it was pretty warm in the day and evenings. We opened the two windows and it was still really hot and let in mosquitos at night. Couldn't sleep because of the heat.
