We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 AM, and the best part was the 24-hour check-in service. We were given our room quickly and without any hassle. The staff were very helpful and clearly explained the breakfast options, including the buffet breakfast for €7 and coffee for €3 in the morning. They had their private parking.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working, and due to the summer heat in Italy, the room became very hot, making it difficult for us to sleep. The staff did try to fix the issue, but it was not resolved during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom door did not close properly, which caused water to leak outside after showering. After checkout if you want to leave car in their parking there were extra 12Euro charge

Staff was friendly.
Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were old, bathroom was leaking water all over the floor. The shower was as big as a cruise ship.

Bus stop was at 4 mins walking, could get a bus for Venice easily
A lot of things
We landed at 12 midnight, so we either had option to book an expensive cab or take a bus which would come at 1AM. Since it was 1 hr waiting time, we walked to the hotel which was 1 hr away. When we arrived, we were already tired but the staff was so slow, manually registering all details delaying the process. 2nd the room key didnt work and we had to go down again to activate it, however the night manager didnt replace the key rather used his master key to open the door. So in short we had no key to our room and we were dependent on staff to open for us in case we had to step out. 3rd, the room was so cold, beddings were not warm enough 4th, there was no potable water provided 5th toiletries were mere sachets

Its a wonderful inexpensive place to stay when flying in or out of venice. I have stayed several times. Parking is good, staff are helpful. It's just not in a tourist place and the rooms are not high end

We were rushed through breakfast 15 minutes before closing time. Selection is basic
The hotel was very basic and dingy looking, the beds very uncomfortable, we had to ask for extra pillow to compensate for the one extra flat pillow that we got that also was stained. One tiny bar of soap for three for 3 days. Very basic.

Extremely clean and bright apartment one block away from train station. Very friendly staff. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
Not a problem, but rather a small remark. You don't actually have whole place for you, it a very big apartment split into smaller hotel style rooms, which is not clear from description on Booking page. Yet each room have its own well equipped bathroom so overall experience was very positive.

Disappointing
Near the airport, a lot of good restaurants around, good free and secured parking
We had an absolutely disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were very cold with no heating, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained.
The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Even though there were available rooms, they charged 25 euros for early check-in before 2:00 PM, which felt like a money grab. Bizarrely, they don’t even provide TV remotes in the rooms - you have to request one separately at reception. Are they seriously worried about guests stealing their remotes?
The soundproofing was absolutely terrible. You could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hall making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep.
For the price we paid, this hotel was a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend looking for alternative accommodation - there are much better options available for the same price or even less.

Wonderful
I liked that the reception is open until late, and there’s free parking for the car.
The location is quite peaceful, the rooms are clean, and the bed and pillows are comfortable.
It was my second stop at this hotel for one night.
The breakfast was a bit poor; if there were a few more options, it would be perfect.

The location is good; it takes about 15min to go to Venice.
I sent a message on my reservation before my stay because I had a question. However, the staff’s reply was too slow and not helpful. Is this standard in Italy? I think it’s not at least in my country.
