2nd night was noisy with the elevator
Constantly moving. AC does not work at night as it is fixed at 21 def C and ur was very warm.
In cooler months would be fine for temp.

The hotel is conveniently situated near St. Marks and the central area of Venice. We rented the room with the "secret window" which over looks the canal and the Bridge of Sighs. The room is beautifully decorated, the four poster bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious (for a European hotel!) The view is lovely and you can people-watch from the balcony for hours if you wish! You can have breakfast in your room or in the sister hotel that is just a 5 minute walk away.
Our only challenge was the delay in finding someone who knew how to operate the safe deposit box in the room. There were no printed instructions and the only person who knew the opening/closing process wasn't available on the day we arrived, but was available the following day and gave us the instructions that we needed to open/close/set the code for the safe deposit box.

To start, we arrived by boat from the airport, straight to the hotel door. We felt like we were in a James Bond movie!
Breakfast was to die for every morning. Our room with the balcony, with a view of the Bridge of Sighs, was straight out of a fairy tale. Venice at its finest. Old world luxury. Close to everything. This was one of my favorites of our European vacation. Can't wait to come back.

Property is good Location unfortunately from the junior suit I got probably very bad one. Maybe it was my luck but nothing too with the reception people who work there they’re good friend friendly it was just the money I pay for junior suit is not the same way I expect in the pictures.
Proper is good everything is good, but I didn’t like the the breakfast you have to have eat in your room. It’s like room service and sometimes you don’t want a room service. You just wanna go sit down you know they serve you and you eat, but since there was like 13 units so they said they cannot afford to keep the little breakfast area. They have to serve in a room, but I’m happy.

Perfect location right around the corner from St. Mark's Square. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and historic sites. Stops for the Venetian public water buses... the vaporetto system just by St. Mark's Square. Our hotel was fantastic. We loved our room, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is perfectly located in Venice. Our room featured a balcony with an amazing view of the Bridge of Sighs. Rafaelle provided exceptional service, delivering a delicious breakfast to all of our rooms every morning. He was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, offering to assist with anything at any time.

Fabulous location, just around the corner from St.Mark's Square. Great staff, especially loved the friendly wake up and breakfast. So nice to have it in your room. The canal location is lovely .
No restaurant or bar but both available in the sister hotel around the corner. Also lots of bars and restaurants close by. Decor was a little aged but still nice.
