The hotel is at a very convenient but quiet location. There is less 15min walking distance to the city center and railway station! An excellent restaurant, Rattoria La Divina Comida, is only 3 minutes away. We went to there twice for the deserts. Their seafood risotto was very tasty!
I was woken by other room’s noise since people come and go all the time.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were so very nice! We only stayed one night - the beds were very comfortable, the location was easy to get around to the favorite landmarks. The bathroom was clean, the room was able to accommodate four twin size beds but the room didn't feel crowded at all. They held out luggage for us on the last day after we checked out, which we greatly appreciated.

In a quiet area, not crowded with tourists, the hotel was a lovely place with a sweet outdoor garden area for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good selection of nearby restaurants.
Be prepared at night - few street lights or street signs make it a challenge to find, especially in the rain. But lots of help from nice locals.

The location was amazing, less than ten minutes walk from the bus station (with a five year old walking with us).
It was very quiet and peaceful area, only around the corner from the canal and gondolas.
The mattress was slightly too firm and a bit uncomfortable during the night. The breakfast was very limited.

Good location between train station and main attractions. We were only there for 1 night and it was certainly sufficient for a short stay. Clean amenities and helpful staff. A plus that our room was ready when we arrived around noon
Beds weren’t the MOST comfortable but not a problem for a short stay. Pluses far outweigh this

Our family occupied 3 rooms and these were spacious enough for 2 persons specially for a wheelchair bound person. Bathrooms were also PWD friendly. Breakfast was molto delizioso prepared by the lovely and very accommodating host. Staff at the reception area were very friendly and helpful.
Location was near the train station making it very easy to reach with luggages in tow. As expected in Venice, there were a lot of bridges to cross getting to the interesting places to visit making it difficult to traverse with a wheelchair. Otherwise, location was good enough to get to the center of Venice.

Great position within the heart of Venice and 10 minutes from taxi/train arrivals. Nice and comfortable room, very quiet and clean.
The breakfast could be better. When we arrived we were asked to pay in advance, then no, then yes, then no...but it's a minor detail.

We loved the quiet location close to the train station. The employee was kind and extremely helpful and the vibe was really good.
Wifi was in and out some, but nothing terrible. Other than that it was a great stay.

The stuffs were extremely nice, specially the lady leading the reception. The place was close to the major attractions in Venice. The room gives authentic and majestic vibes.
