Definitely keep the air conditioning on. We opened the 3 windows and the little vap machine could not handle the dozens and dozens of mosquitoes that literally ate my partner alive! It was not good!

Small room but clean and comfortable. Soundproof is good. The male front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great! The location was superb! Between Rialto and St. Mark’s Square, both within easy walking distance.

The location is so nice, it felt tucked away like a hidden gem, but it’s close to everything. My absolute favorite part was the breakfast (seriously, so good!). The staff were always kind and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Proximity to St. Mark’s square (literally a five minute walk) can’t be beat. The hotel staff was very friendly and super helpful with all our questions. The room was very clean and comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful and really got us fueled up for our day of sight seeing.

Breakfast was not only a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, pastries, meats and eggs but was beautifully presented. Everything was exceptional, very elegant, very clean. The location was a little difficult to find the first day but that made this a hidden gem. The staff was so very helpful for any need we had as well as answering all of our questions about where to go and how to get there.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Everything was very nice, We continued our journey southward thru Italy and stayed in several other properties but had to say this one was our favorite.
