Breakfast was not only a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, pastries, meats and eggs but was beautifully presented. Everything was exceptional, very elegant, very clean. The location was a little difficult to find the first day but that made this a hidden gem. The staff was so very helpful for any need we had as well as answering all of our questions about where to go and how to get there.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Everything was very nice, We continued our journey southward thru Italy and stayed in several other properties but had to say this one was our favorite.

Definitely keep the air conditioning on. We opened the 3 windows and the little vap machine could not handle the dozens and dozens of mosquitoes that literally ate my partner alive! It was not good!

I loved the location! Right in the center of Venice near S. Marcos’s Square and The Rialto Bridge but in a secluded tranquil courtyard. The breakfast was incredible!

Location is great, very close to Rialto bridge and good eateries. It's 5mins from the Rialto vaporetto station. Hotel breakfast was good and rooms were beautiful. Good AC and very comfortable mattress and pillows. I was able to find the hotel using google maps and also because i had seen a picture of the courtyard and the hotel on booking.com earlier, but you can always call the reception for directions since the narrow streets of Venice feels like a maze when you first arrive there but it gets better after you walkaround a bit .

between the tight alleys it was located in a big yard , although it hasnt the canal view but it was so beautiful and silent.we bought 2-way ticket for ALILAGUNA from airport and get off in RIALTO STATION , it was 6 min walk to hotel , we came with back pack so we could easily pass the stairs .
Very good LocationIts near railto, san marco , Libreria Acqua Alta, Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo ,bridge of sighs …….
It hasnt any kettle, tea or cofee in the room, they said you can drink water from the tab.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room, breakfast is amazing! There’s an elevator as well.
Difficult to get to and from with luggage. If you have heavy suitcases, be prepared to struggle a bit with stairs to get to the hotel.

Great place to stay in a great location close to everything you will want to see!! Nice to have free breakfast in the morning so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to eat and have a coffee before you start your day!

The hotel is located in a wonderful location to everything. Breakfast was excellent as well as plentiful. Our room was very cozy and a perfect size.
We would have appreciated a coffee and water station in the lobby area. Although the hotel did honor our request (prior to arrival) by providing us with a kettle in our room.
