Could not want a better location, 3 min walk from Rialto, easily accessible by public or private water transport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was large with plenty of storage and a lovely outlook to the small canal below. Bathroom a little on small side but with a bath, floor heating and excellent fittings. We spent a lovely few hours in the spa/sauna. Breakfast options were varied and fresh.

Central location, beautiful hotel, our room had a lovely terrace with a nice view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very nice selection for breakfast.
An unexpectedly boring sandwich that we got from the 'Snacks' selection of the Bar menu. [The cocktails were nice]

This is my second visit. I love the location, the decore and all tge facilities specially that it is located in the center and very close to rialto bridge and san marco square. The breakfast here is very delicious.

Room was huge and comfortable with a king size bed. Bathroom with a full bath and shower (bit small). Linens were clean and large.
On the canal you hear some noise from delivery boats in the early morning.

Everything is great for a holiday for two! Not a bad breakfast, a bit modest, but delicious and surprisingly friendly staff! The location is convenient for visiting everything interesting.
The windows are very old, which is of course very authentic, but they don't close tightly and you can hear everything that's going on outside. Loading and unloading boats starting at 5:00 a.m., songs of late tourists at 2:00 a.m....

Very interesting old house which became a hotel
The location very near to rialto

This hotel is absolutely stunning, I felt like a princess in a mini palace. It was a true authentic Venice experience. The room was beautiful.

Beautiful hotel close to the Rialto bridge and only a few minutes from San Marco square. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was big and comfortable and very quiet. Great experience.
