The location, facilities, and staff were all excellent. The decor is stunning, the complementary breakfast sumptuous and delicious, and the dining staff superb. The front-desk and other staff are extremely helpful: the front-desk assisted in arranging for excursions in Venice as well as transportation to the airport. The bellman was highly accommodating and efficient. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary boat ride to Murano and arranged for a free tour of the Murano glassworks manufacturing plant, which was extremely interesting and enjoyable. We will definitely return.

This was our second stay at Hotel Ai Cavalieri. The hotel is beautiful, with each room decorated differently . The rooms are very spacious and traditionally decorated. The hotel is quiet and very elegant. Staff is exceptional and work to meet our every request. Very nice breakfast. We give it our highest recommendation.

We were informed about the charge for the transfer from the terminal to the hotel but the statement about our transferred to the airport was a bit misleading. The e-mail said that the "hotel would provide airport transport" implying that it was part of the service provided by the hotel. That was not the case.

Exceptional accommodation in the most beautiful city in the world. Excellent service and staff with lovely rooms. Location is perfect to be reached by boat and for a stroll to the major highlights of Venice. Hotel Ai Cavalieri was the frosting on the cake and grand finale to a private Italy Grand Tour of 16 days arranged for us by our private Organizers. Truly special.

Wonderful hotel in quiet part of the island. Our junior suite with private rooftop terrace was perfection. The room was a tasteful mix of old and new. Wooden floors, walk in shower. Plenty of space for a 5 day stay.
The terrace adjoining the hotel bar is very quiet and comfortable and the bartender, Nick, was exceptional. The hotel also has a private jetty for water taxis. Weve stayed in various hotels in Venice - 16 visits over 30 years but we will definitely stay at the ai Cavalieri again.

what a brilliant hotel. Our suite was incredible, with a corner room overlooking 2 canals, prosecco as a welcome in our room, and a hotel that was lie stepping back in time with their incredible wallpapering and chandeliers. And to top it off, a perfect location. Close to the buzz and hustle and bustle of Rialto (8 min walk) but with an entrance via a quiet side street. superb and very helpful staff, from the check in to the cleaing staff. The cherry on the cake was the entrance onto the canal for water taxis. Truly one of the best properties we have had the pleasure to stay in!

This property is a real hidden gem. We came to the room in awe. This must have been one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed (and we usually stay at Langham, Crown etc). Very boutique style with beautiful furnishings. We just loved it. We were able to get directly to the hotel by boat or gondola, which is all comfortable organised by the hotel. There was nothing we could fault - breakfast, service or room. Ideal place for honeymoon like we had.
