Great location, beautiful accomodation, helpful and friendly staff. The staff upgraded us for free which was so appreciated! Our room and bathroom were immaculate. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Venice!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Those at the front desk were always willing to provide directions and suggestions. Right from the first day they knew us and handed our key to us automatically when we returned! The breakfast was superb- a selection of meats and cheeses, fruit, cereals, bread, hard boiled eggs, delicious pastries and cakes. The staff in the breakfast area were also exceptionally nice. The location of the hotel was fantastic, steps from the Accademie bridge.
Not a dislike, just to be aware of- you need to go up and down one step to access the elevator.

A good solid 3 star hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff - amazing really! The location is excellent, 100m from Academia Bridge vaparetto stop, on the 'quieter' side of town. Close to many places by foot, or quick vaporetto ride way.
The bed could have been more comfy. It was a 3 star place and good value for money compared to others.

The hotel location is near the shopping and ferry stops. All rooms are very clean and spacious. The owner was so nice to give us free upgrade to a bigger room.The buffet breakfast was awesome.It was better than we expecteD.

Wonderful
The room decor and room facilities are compact (to be expected in Europe) and straight out of the 50s in a warm and quirky way - my friend and I found it quaint with all that we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, warm and accomodating. The restaurant is VERY GOOD and we ate dinner there both nights after long days sightseeing. It is close to some really nice parts of Venice and importantly it was lovely and quiet during a very busy time in Venice, but if you arrive with luggage from the train station, for example, be sure to take the ferry - there is a stop right near the hotel. It was good value and although a few updates could be made, it was a very comfortable and conveniently located hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel . Its in a great position near everything and the staff are so welcoming! Reception and restaurant staff were just lovely and so helpful ! I couldnt fault it ! Totally recommend !

Location was great. Reception staff helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the small rooftop area.
We were fine with the stairs and the very small lift, but feel it would be an issue for many older guests

Staff could not do enough to help you. Where it located is great so easy to get find and get everywhere. The floor terrace is a bonus. Lovely to sit after a busy day before going out.

Location was excellent. Staff were impeccable, breakfast perfect for us. Adjoining restaurant perfect, menu extensive. You couldnt ask for more. A great place to celebrate our 50th wedding Anniversary

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. It is in an excellent location. I would recommend it for older guests.
The staff were not very welcoming. The breakfast was alright, but there was very little suitable for someone with a nut allergy & the communication over this caused problems. It lacked atmosphere & was overpriced.
