Excellent location to explore Venice. Very helpful staff and a very delicious breakfast. Room was very clean and a good size for Europe. Comfy beds. Would stay here again.

Our second time in this lovely hotel which is ideally situated between San Marco and the Rialto bridge. A beautifully appointed hotel with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast each morning. A very comfortable stay and we will have no hesitation in returning in the future.

This is a fabulous hotel in a perfect location right by Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff work really hard to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are cleaned daily. I'm not sure you could ask for more! We'll definitely be back!

Very good breakfast with options for all preferences, and you can order any coffee you like. Excellent location—just a 3-minute walk from the Rialto stop and 5 minutes from St. Marcos Square.

Central location (very close to the famous Rialto Bridge). Decent sized bathroom with a bidet but the room size was small. The property also has a terrace with a bar. Staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel also has a lift.
They were hesitant in giving water bottles. Don't know why that could be so. Secondly, we had to submit the keys at the reception every time we left the hotel which was a bit odd. The only hotel which asked for my credit card details even though everything was already paid for.
