Very friendly staff always ready to help, location is closed to San Marco square from on side and pier from the other, Clean well designed room, comfortable bed. Breakfast offer a good options

Staff and service was exceptional;!!
The location was close to everything, great food options, amazing canal access, close to museums and concerts, but also an oasis away from form the noise and chaos. Decor was charming, cozy and comfortable.

Central location (very close to the famous Rialto Bridge). Decent sized bathroom with a bidet but the room size was small. The property also has a terrace with a bar. Staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel also has a lift.
They were hesitant in giving water bottles. Don't know why that could be so. Secondly, we had to submit the keys at the reception every time we left the hotel which was a bit odd. The only hotel which asked for my credit card details even though everything was already paid for.

Staff was great; breakfast was very good, location was great
Room was very dark with the heavy drapes and hard to get light in; gentleman in cafe acted like he would prefer we not be there - accomodating but unfriendly; the patio off our room was big enough but no chairs so you just had to stand; the bar on the main floor was lovely but you had to go to the 4th floor to order a drink. Staff at front desk was great as was the bartender in the outdoor bar.

Staff weren’t very welcoming, made it a point to tell us that we were checking out the next day. Thanks!
No coffee in rooms so I went to grab a coffee and he said it would be 5 euros! So I walked out of the hotel took a right and went 100ft to find a great coffee shop.
Hotel bar was very over priced for what it is.

Wonderful
Excellent location, short walk to Rialto Bridge and San Marco but in a quieter location than many other hotels. Good sized rooms. Great rooftop bar! Supermarket and excellent pasticcerias close by. Convenient 5 min walk to Rialto ferry stop for trips throughout Venice and to the airport, so not far to wheel your bags. Would stay here again.
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room however they did organise them on request which was fine.

The location, the room and the service were all fantastic!
Rooms are beautiful and the whole hotel follows the same theme throughout! Beds are comfy, room was spacious, and the hotel has an elevator.
The reception proposed us a wonderful spot for dinner - thanks for that too!
Though they have provided an ironing board on request, they need to invest into a new one!
