It is not the first time we are staying there but this time the room was not clean and all the service extremely disappointing.
The walls in the room had lots of dirty marks, the room was not ready in time, and when it was was not perfectly clean, not water( bottles) and the 3rd bed locked like could broke anytime.
When tried to speak with the gentleman on reception was so unimpressed and uninterested about my issue with the room, as I never meet someone else. But very easy he told me if I want a different room had to pay an extra €100.
I do understand your language is not English but I would expect if you are respect your guest in front of them you will speak in the language they do understand, not make them to feel uncomfortable.
Also, just in top of that they tried to charge us for 4 breakfast and 9 coffees, while we were only 3 of us and had 3 coffees actually.

Location is superb and rooms are well furnished and well stocked. Rooms are really good and has all the amenities you would need.
I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast if it is not included already in your booking as it is not the best quality but perfectly serviceable.
The staff in general are quite abrupt and whilst very helpful are not always the friendliest.

Great location. Easy to access from water ferry and very easy to walk to anywhere in the city.
