The staff were very welcoming and helpful with directions and reservations for dinner. The rooftop patio was lovely and we enjoyed evening drinks with lovely view.
The bed and bedding was comfortable and hotel was quiet for great night's sleep..
We loved our stay and highly recommended.

Perfect location which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The roof top bar is fantastic, we arrived earlier then check in and we relaxed at the bar with a drink and a few complimentary snacks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice hotel in a fabulous location.

Location was amazing, right on the grand canal, room and rooftop was beautiful, helpful staff 24 hours of the day, free waters each day was a nice touch and has all of the amenities and personal supplies you would need in the room. I would definitely stay here any time I am in venice
