Modern decors of the room and the hotel. Clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. Easy access to Venice through public bus. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.

The hotel is in a good location, the bus stop which goes to Venice was 10min walk distance.
At the reception you can request a shuttle bus, but we used the local bus station. At the reception they gave us a detailed advice how to get to the bus station, and gave us a map too.
Beside of the front desk they have a fridge, with sandwiches and drinks what you can buy, whenever you want it.
Right beside of the hotel, there is a fuel station, so if you need something snack quickly, you can get it, even later in the night.
The room was clean, and the hotel is well equipped.
Parking was easy behind the hotel, they have a private parking area.
The breakfast wasn’t the best. The variety was poor,
In the room the hairdryer, turned off quickly becasue overheating. So if you are a woman bring your hairdyer with yourself. And a plug adapter.
I wanted to mirror my apple phone to the smart tv, but couldn’t. Not a big deal, but it’s a smart tv, and I think they could make it happen.

appeared recently refurbished with very nice lobby and rooms, breakfast just enough to get you going but probably worth a skip unless confined to the hotel and it's neighborhood; location is very practical: close to bus station taking you straight to Venice, was never crowded and very frequent, hotel is not far from the train station in Mestre either but bus was very convenient.
neighborhood not offering options to eat out but if you plan to be in Venice most of the time and only come to the hotel to sleep this won't be a problem

good size clean room with queen comfortable bed, fresh linen, buffet breakfast, private parking.

Very helpful staff!
Very clean rooms, good furnished, swimming pool outside, normal breakfast.
It stands every cent of price.
Far away from bus to Venice, industrial zone and big highway near the hotel.
And very hard mattresses, I really can not sleep on them, my advice to administration of hotel: pls change mattresses at least in half of rooms, or comfort/deluxe rooms, that will make some higher standards of your hotel.

Nice and helpful staff (Monica, Sara). Good breakfast. Hotel had a gym, although we didn’t get to use it.
A bit old bathroom.
Not very soundproof, you could easily hear people outside of your room. We were also unlucky with our neighbors; they were being very loud while checking out very early in the morning.
It was also a bit of a hassle to get to the bus that drove to Venice. But helpful staff that did their best.
