The property was ok, not the usual experience as I received in the USA. The front desk staff were very helpful especially Vanessa. The hotel offered us complimentary strawberries and drink upon arrival for our anniversary.
I didn’t like that you had to make a reservation for the pool. The main reason I picked this hotel was for the pool and we didn’t get to enjoy it. We are Hilton honors members but because we did our booking with booking.com we were referred to contact the 3rd party for any questions we had. Very disappointing!

Excellent facility and well resourced as expected from a 5 star hotel. Rooms are not so big, but extremely comfortable. The shuttle available from hotel to main island is very convenient and a plus. Having a swimming pool in Venice, with a nice view of the canal, during high heat season, was also great.
Given the high summer season we needed to book a time to enjoy the pool which was not what we thought, but it made sense given the small pool.

Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms and lobby! Loved the view from our room and even more from the rooftop ! Might be 30 min boat ride to the square but they provided a shuttle that takes you there every 30 min
Only thing you have to reserve the time at the pool , so we missed it on our first day, but once we did it was so worth it! Gorgeous set up, plenty of bed and chairs (not crowded at all)

Beautiful Hotel with helpful and kind staff. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and balloons for my husband’s birthday. So nice!

It is beautiful! We loved all the bars! We loved the executive lounge and included happy hour! It had an available shuttle for us to hop onto the other side of the canal at our leisure.
I loved our River View room!!
The pool was a bit small considering the size of the hotel. It was nice though but mostly filled with kids.

We really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel, which felt exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. As a family of four, we booked a family room, and it was very comfortable, with a king bed and a large sofa bed that worked well for our family. We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. The assortment of pastries, warm foods, yogurt, fruit, and cheeses was incredible, and it quickly became the meal we looked forward to every day.
My only two complaints about the property were its location and the quality of the food in the bar area. The hotel felt rather isolated, and getting to and from the main island of Venice was a bit of a nuisance. The hotel shuttle only runs from 9 AM until midnight, so if you need to leave earlier, you have to walk to Giudecca Palanca to take the water bus.
The only other issue was the food in the bar area. We had two meals there out of necessity, and both felt exceptionally overpriced for the quality. My wife ordered a Thai curry, but what she received did not really resemble a Thai curry and lacked flavor, despite costing €34.

Spacious room, beautiful view, great check-in experience, nice breakfast.
The hotel is in a location removed from the noise and activity of the St Marc Square, but close enough with the shuttle. Rooftop pool is pleasant, beautiful view from there.
Ohh easy : some of the staff should not be at the contact of the clients. Let me be specific:
- if you go there, the concierge Yezi and a young trainee girl are very nice. Now if you see the older gentleman and/or Greta, don't bother. Cold, arrogant, dry - the opposite of what a concierge should be
- the young lady who serves at the rooftop pool: did not crack a smile 3 days in a row, and answers you without even looking up at you. not the level of service expected.
I understand you can be tired of tourists being in Venice, but if you choose the hospitality industry, try a bit harder.
- The front desk manager ( I am assuming that was his title) who I witnessed berating a client, very loudly I must add. Unprofessional behaviour.
