The staff were wonderful. Very nice pool. Restaurant far exceeded my expectation. One of the best breakfast, I’ve had in a hotel. The room size was fine.
It was too far from city, however this was my fault. The price was more in line with our budget. The bed was a little too bouncy. The shower was very little and water went into the bathroom from the shower. Mostly my complaint is the bed.

Location was excellent to get into Venice. Pool facility was great. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Check in process was smooth, room was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was ultra comfortable. We were very satisfied with the service received at the bar area for dinner and drinks.
The transportation was unreliable. The website states there is transportation to the airport, it was "broken" whatever that means. We ordered a driver to pick us up at 9:00 am, he was 30 minutes late, desk staff attempted to keep us updated, originally was supposed to be 5 minutes late, then 15, then 20. Very unsatisfied with transportation that was supposed to be available. That is one of the reasons we booked with this location.

We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Venice Mestre. The hotel met all our expectations — the room was very clean, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, and always easy to communicate with.
The hotel restaurant was also excellent, with delicious options for both lunch and dinner, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. We especially enjoyed the hotel bar, which is open until midnight and serves really good cocktails.
The outdoor pool area was another highlight. Towels were conveniently available at the pool bar, which made everything very easy. We also booked the SPA experience with saunas and a pool for two hours, and having the entire area completely private made it feel extra special and relaxing.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again.
The only thing we would have liked to be different was the pool opening hours. The pool is available from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM, and during the warm summer evenings it would have been great to enjoy it for a little longer.

I was given a handicap room not requested which resulted in a bathroom less useful. The sink and counter were smaller.
There was only one side table next to one side of the king bed. It took almost 3 hours and two calls to have it delivered.
