Your hospitality was exceptional, and the care we received from your staff was invaluable. The only thing we didnt like was the slightly rainy weather, which prevented us from enjoying the excellent pool that the beautiful hotel had.

Fantastic surroundings and excellent facilities. Quiet and comfortable. The garden with the pool area was nicely planned and divided in rooms. Inside the decorations were carefully chosen and close to perfection.
We came late so no possibility to get a table at the on site restaurant.

Nestled in a serene and peaceful location, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the standout highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. Simply put, it was amazing. From freshly baked cakes to a variety of fruits and local delicacies, every morning started on a delicious note. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients truly made it a memorable experience. Special mention to the young lady serving us breakfast, she made the whole experience much better. The calm and quiet atmosphere of the location further enhanced the overall tranquility of the stay. It was incredibly refreshing to wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy a leisurely morning before venturing out to explore. Speaking of exploration, the location of the property is truly unbelievable. Situated in close proximity to Venice and its surroundings, it served as the perfect base for discovering the beauty of the region. Whether strolling through the enchanting streets of Venice or embarking on scenic day trips, the convenience of the location cannot be overstated.
While our stay was generally great and enjoyable, we encountered a few drawbacks. Firstly, communication with some of the receptionists was challenging due to their limited English proficiency, which made it difficult to address any concerns or inquiries. Additionally, we encountered ants in the room and bed, as explained due to the property's natural surroundings and cold weather at the time. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Venice and beyond.

Is it clean? Yes
Is it spacious as it is shown in the picture? Yes and no. As soon as you arrive they make sure you understand that this is a private property not a resort. Gates with locks everywhere. Ceilings are very low. A bit claustrophobic and dingy. The front clerk was very grumpy. One feels like they want your money not your presence. Breakfast is what they give you and please: do not ask for more. Beautiful china, so beautiful that the German lady next to my tiny table was really worried about breaking the tea cup. Really tense! For the bedroom all I can say is this: no table, very dark and an awkward wardrobe that does not fit anything inside. Shower box was so tiny that if you are a bit overweight you wont be able to shower. I am a thin lady and couldnt move inside so to give you an ideia how tiny it is. There is this heavy atmosphere all around. Dark and heavy. I see people give nice reviews about this place but if you really read carefully some of the reviews, they already give hints of what I am saying here and youll understand what I mean. Its a pretty place but so constricted. So different from what they advertise.

The property is vast and beautiful . The air and surrounding is clean and serene . The rooms are very well layout with very well thought-out arrangements . Breakfast is excellent . Services from staff are second to none . It is near the train station but yet quiet and stash away .

The facilities, place , breakfast
The ladyon on the reception who I understood is a working student has very miserable approach for Hospitality and service.I am second time in hotel as I liked my previous stay a lot but with such unfriendly approach of the girl at the reception I will choose other place to stay next time. What a shame that owners did a great hotel but one person who is not good for hotel industry due to lack of client oriented approach could destroy the whole experience.

Convenient location to see Venice if you have a car. Not too far from the train station where you can park for free. Quiet location, spacious accommodation, good for a family of 4.
Photos in the advert are not a good representation. It is a flat in a small building outside of the main property. Some maintenance is required to the flat we stayed at.
