I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It’s not in as busy of an area of Venice which was a nice change but also the staff were then able to give me some wonderful local recommendations that I normally wouldn’t have found. It’s also not far from the first Venice water taxi stop. The rooms are spacious, very quiet and the breakfast was one of the best ones I had on my trip. I would definitely recommend coming back to this hotel and making it the main stay on Venice and you can walk or taxi to other locations. The evening bar was a nice touch - especially since it’s not right beside too many other bars so I made good use of it.

Breakfast was greate and Manuel was very polite.
We arrived at hotel at 18th of january time 2.30 am for checking and very polite administrator young men met us, the same men was when we left hotel, 20th of january and made check out and still he was very polite want to say special thanks to him.

The room was nice. The added loft was fun. Room was clean and as pictured online. It was raining when we checked in, front desk staff offered us towels so we could dry off. They held our luggage on the day of our departure so we could enjoy the city without having to deal with all the luggage.
The shower would not drain and kept overflowing into the main part of the bathroom. We didn't have enough towels for our party of 5 so we asked at the front desk. They were hesitant to give us extra towels and went so far as to show me a picture of the towels that had been left by housekeeping when the room had been initially cleaned in preparation for our arrival. I have never had to beg for towels at a hotel before. The location was nice, but farther than we had expected from the downtown area. A nice, easy walk though. About 20 minute walk to the train station.

The view from the room was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and spacious. The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors, I’m sure they could hear us too. Something to keep in mind. It’s walking distance to a grocery store, & restaurants. The breakfast was very good, something for everyone with different tastes.
Overall we loved this hotel! We would definitely stay again.
Not much light in the room. It needs more lamps, especially on the top floor.
The ad on booking stated they had a futon, the hotel does not. We came in thinking our kids would all have separate beds. The pull out couch was big enough for our two daughters, so it worked out but
that needs to be removed from the listing.

I had an issue with the room with a beam in the room, however I must say that they promptly accepted the issue and also gave me a discount which was a very reasonable resolution.
