I loved the ambience, it felt very Venetian, the complimentary extras were very welcome, the staff was lovely. It was a perfect area to stay in with the landmarks close at hand. Would definitely recommend

Bed is very firm, could be slightly more comfortable, but a minor issue only in a lovely stay!

Cute room. Breakfast was nice. Check in was easy even though we arrived late. They were very responsive to all my questions before my stay.

The area around the hotel was very convenient and amongst shops and very near to San Marco, so made travelling a lot easier.
The communication from the staff was spot on, and very helpful.
The hotel didn’t have any lifts, luckily for us our room was right near the entrance, so we didn’t have to carry the cases very far, but would be difficult for families with more suitcases.

The hotel was within 5 minutes walk to St Marks Square. We arrived by waterbus direct from the airport which was a lovey route and took about 1 hour 20 minutes. The hotel was clean and there was a great selection for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and gave us a city map and pointed out some of the best things to see. Very central with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely room, and large for the price in Venice. The bathroom was good, and the shower had plentiful hot water. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of items, and god coffee. The location was also very convenient, just a few minutes walk from a Vaporretto stop, and from St Marks Square, with several nearby restaurants and cafes.
The bed was too hard for me, and there was nowhere confortable to sit.
