Location, location, location! The property is perfectly situated just steps from St. Mark’s Square, with plenty of restaurants and a vaporetto stop right nearby — you really couldn’t ask for more. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We also loved the little coffee and tea station, a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!

The location was fantastic as well as the customer service it was wondering
Wish breakfast was a little more than just wrapped stuff and figuring out coffee. Also wish the linens were a little better but wasn't that bad. We are just use to a higher end but the location can't be beat.

There’s no sign to tell the cleaning staff not to come in. They came in to clean and my medications were either thrown away or stolen.

Location, cleaned and staff
Dimora Marciana is a gem, especially if location is your top priority. It’s literally a 2-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and also very close to the vaporetto (boat) station, which makes getting around Venice incredibly easy—even with luggage.
The property is spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, blending classic Venetian décor with modern touches. It feels elegant without being stuffy. The staff are warm and friendly, adding to the welcoming, boutique-hotel vibe.
The only drawback is that breakfast isn’t provided, but they do thoughtfully set up a snack bar, which helps for a quick bite or coffee.

Cute room. Breakfast was nice. Check in was easy even though we arrived late. They were very responsive to all my questions before my stay.

The Dimora Marciana was a pleasant surprise in Venice. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and the coffee and cappuccino was delicious. Highly recommend this place to stay.
