The host, Claudio, was extremely nice and helpful. A traditional cozy house in a quiet suburb, good location, walking distance from the bus station to Venice. Modern bathroom, the apartment needs some maintenance work done but for a short stay it was ok. If we return to Venice we will gladly stay there.

We booked it because we were a group of 3 friends and needed two rooms and 3 proper beds.
The quality of furnishing is very poor, and the beds provided were very uncomfortable. The water heater tank was finished with hot water after only one person took a bath, and we had to wait an hour for the water to heat up again! It’s important to note that a 4-star hotel within the same neighborhood was charging the same amount for a triple accomodation room and included breakfast!!

A cosy, comfortable setup and the host, Claudio was excellent. His warmth and briefing was what allowed us to see Venice in such a short time.
Some facilities like the locking system in the washroom (multiple people travelling, one requires a lock/ latch in the washroom)….
We had a few unwelcome guests like centipedes and spiders in the bedroom…
Rest was awesome….

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He provided us with fantastic suggestions for exploring Venice, which made our trip even more special. The location is also very convenient, just a 40-minute tram ride away from Venice, allowing us to enjoy the city while staying in a peaceful area. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great location, you can get to Venice by tram for 1.50€ each way (the owner gave us clear instructions and a map) and it was a great solution than going by car (couldn't find a parking space in Venice, had to go back to Mestre). The owner treated us to a craft Prosecco, which was very nice and appropriate after the road in the hot weather. Thank you for your hospitality! If we are in Venice again, we will gladly stay here.

The proximity to the tram that goes to Venice. It takes 3 minutes to reach the tram stop and 40 minutes to get to Venice. Really convenient.
Claudio, who is a really nice person, gave us a lot of information about Venice.
Although it was apparently clean on the surface, the corners and the floor below the beds weren’t. The smoke extractor in the kitchen was really greasy.
A thorough cleanliness wouldn’t be a bad idea.
