very small room, A/C did not cool room - hot all night, hotel said because of the recent heat wave the AC did not cool as expected. Nothing is around the hotel, few restaurants.

When my wife and I checked in on June 10 they couldn't find our booking that was made on Dec. 18, 2024. After showing your manager our booking confirmation, we had a bit of wait and then were accommodated.

The hotel was chosen solely because of its proximity to the airport. While the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, this was one of the few positive aspects of the stay.
Despite the rooms being clean, they were unacceptably cold, and it was apparent that temperature control was restricted by hotel management, leaving guests unable to adjust the heating to a comfortable level.
The breakfast buffet was significantly overpriced and poorly managed. The individual responsible for overseeing the service demonstrated a complete lack of basic hospitality and professionalism, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Rather than feeling like paying guests, we felt as though we were intruding in a private space, which is wholly inappropriate for a hotel offering a paid breakfast service.

Cramped bathroom. The hair dryer was unusual, kept shutting off and had to wait a few minutes to turn back on. Cost 30 euros for early morning taxi to airport. Did not have breakfast.

Location near the airport can’t be beat. The local bus stop is directly across the street. Hotel was quiet and room was clean and comfortable.
I was surprised that they no longer offer complementary airport shuttle service.

We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the airport, as we arrived a day early and needed to wait for our car rental the next day—and the breakfast turned out to be surprisingly great.
For the price we paid, the stay didn’t feel like a good value. The hotel’s main advantage was its proximity to the airport, but beyond that, it lacked the quality and amenities you’d expect for the rate. The overall condition of the property and limited features made it feel more like a convenient stopover than a comfortable or memorable stay.

The hotel is convenient, beautiful, quiet and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was a great solution for our early morning flight from Venice.
One must take a cab or walk to the airport. It’s not far but there is not a good continuous shoulder to walk on.

Clean and a good attached restaurant.
Close to the airport, but it cost 10 euros to get there. No free shuttle. It’s possible to walk to terminal, but there’s a block long section with no sidewalk and you have to walk in the busy street.

We stay here because it is close to the airport. They have parking so it is easy to get in and out. The restaurant is good with a variety of items. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean and they have English TV stations.
