Advertised for a pool that wasn't activated. Overall facility was dated and in need of an update. Food at the restaurant was outrageously over priced.

Good clean environment and comfy rooms, very close the the airport and easy access into venice from the hotel. Upon my arrival, there was an issue with my room due to a previous guest having to stay due to an emergency, Rosa the owner had arranged an alternative hotel for my entire stay but gave me the option to come back the next day if I wanted to. Her husband then drove me to the other hotel and picked me back up the next day. She provided me with drinks and offered food while I waited to be taken to the other hotel. I decided to come back and finish my holiday at the hotel and I am so glad that I did. The location is stunning and was the perfect vibe for my first venice trip. My first day travelling into Venice, Rosa gave me the timetable for busses and helped me to sort out my access fee exemption. I travelled alone so she really made me feel at ease and confident to travel around Venice. The food was absolutely stunning. I will be returning next year 10/10

Rosa picked us up from the airport and allowed us into our room early - this was so appreciated as we had travelled from NZ and were very tired. We were made to feel most welcome.
A great lunch was provided and a more than ample breakfast was served prior to us heading off to our accommodation on Murano.
This is very much a home from home and such a great introduction to Italian hospitality.

Very friendly helpful host. Really lovely and chatty.
Good location
Will stay again especially if the pool is available.
Did not ask but something hot like toast or eggs would be appreciated for breakfast. And tea making facilities in the room if possible.

We had a very nice and warm stay. The hosts were friendly and made us feel welcome from the start.
Mrs. Rosa was very kind and helpful. At our request, she wrote down simple step-by-step directions for our trip to Venice, including where to buy tickets and how to get there. She also speaks many languages, which made communication easy.
Our stay was very relaxed and stress-free. We are very thankful for the hospitality and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Very kind and helpful owners. Very easy access to the airport, without any fear of traffic jams. The owners will arrange a ride for you to the airport - under 10 mins.
