Very Good
Very clean; Rosa was the sweetest and willing to help with everything; cooked dinner for us and was excellent. Our shower broke but Rosa was so responsive to fix it.
Room was tiny but good for price; took awhile for air conditioner to work so it was hot to sleep with 100 plus temperatures around Venice.

The couple who operated the property were so welcoming and eager to please us. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the evening and a great breakfast in the morning. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Also, it is very near the airport.

Wonderful
I wanted to be close to VCE but not in a loud place. This was nice with a very large pool and restaurant on property. The dinner was excellent, reasonable prices, and home cooked.
Close to VCE you have plane noise.

The authenticity of this place is just what we wanted. The owners were incredible. They went over and beyond. They gave us a ride to the airport and to Venice where you catch the ferry bus for a small fee. We had lunch dinner and breakfast there. The food was delicious and the wine was amazing

I used this hotel as a base in the area on two nights. It is very quick and easy to get to Venice Airport and there’s lots of parking for your rental car. The owners were very warm and treated us like family. They have a wealth of advice for travel in the region.

This is an incredible bed and breakfast located very close to Venice's Marco Polo International airport. Signora Rosa, her husband and staff made my stay incredibly enjoyable. Their restaurant was my go to place for dinner as all the food was fresh, and made on the spot as it was ordered. The room was incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable.
While the pool was closed (most likely because the season is over) I was able to enjoy the grounds and sit out by the pool and take in the Venetian sun.
It has a feel as if you are in Signora Rosa's home, and she treats every guest as if they are family. Her husband even drives the shuttle to the airport.
I will definitely stay here again!
When staying here you do need to have access to a car as taxis and Ubers are very expensive.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer a 20euro/room airport shuttle. The breakfast was good, coissant, cheese, ham, cereals, even cappuccino. They have a big pool that we did not use because the weather was cold.

It was in a quaint little area of Venice. It was like staying with family. the help were absolutely wonderful. Most relaxed that I have been in a long time staying somewhere. I would definitely recommend and go back given the chance.
Mosquitos. But they did everything to keep them at bay.

The property was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The grounds were lush and the swimming pool was wonderful. Our hosts were gracious and knowledgeable, and the food was exceptional. A beautiful place to stay.
We loved it but if you are in Venice for the hubbub, you want to be downtown.
