Our stay at GreenColors Hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout our visit. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, and the Lady kindly allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel so we could explore Venice without carrying them around.
We also really appreciated her thoughtfulness during breakfast.
As Muslims, we usually have to explain that we do not eat ham and often say we are vegetarian to make it easier, but she understood this without us having to explain. She also took the time to explain the Venice exemption voucher to us, which was very helpful. I would also like to appreciate the girl who was working during the late hours. She was also very helpful too.
During our stay, there was a transport strike on May 18th, so we had to leave the hotel earlier than usual. The staff kindly served breakfast earlier than the normal time and informed us about the best time to return, as the buses were only operating during certain hours.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the kindness, understanding, and support of the staff.

I liked the location, buses to everywhere 10 meters from the hotel. Staff was very nice, breakfast was nice too.
I was exhausted, it's a very very loud place as there is pizzeria at the bottom, literally always loud. Every night people were coming back from pubs being loud at 1 and 2 am, I could not sleep:( I would never stay there again, night mare.

Good location, Halfway between venice and the airport. Staff was very helpfull even when they were busy in the restaurant. Lady in the front desk provided breakfast to go in a box as we had to leave very early and helped us with a taxi reservation

Great place: the room is modern and fully equipped with all amenities. Check-in is convenient, and accessibility is clear. There is parking available. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. I recommend it.

This was my 2nd time I stayed here. Very convenient because the bus stop is right across the street. Bus tickets can be purchased at the tobacco shop. The food is very good at the restaurant. It is on the mainland halfway from Airport to train station. A friendly place if you don't want to be ON the island and want to explore other areas. Easy 1 bus to Venice (island).
Not much I didn't like. The shared bathroom was seldom occupied. I'm easy going. I would stay again.

Communicating with this hotel was easy, as they allowed me to change my reservation date. When we checked-in they told us all about the transportation options and made sure we got our tourist ticket to enter Venice before we went there, saving us $10 euros each. Breakfast was delicious and our table was ready when we showed up. The restaurant at the hotel had the best pizza we have tried yet, at a really affordable price. This place is a gem, I would recommend it!!!

Very friendly staff, the hostess was charming <3
Delicious breakfast was provided, with fresh produce.
The restaurant offered variety of dishes. Delicious pizza and pasta was already on our table in exactly 5 minutes after ordering!
The bathroom was shared, however very tidy and clean.
Also there was a private sink and toiletries inside the room.

initially booked for son and girlfriend and i messed up the date, great communication swopped dates with ease, they assure me their short stay was fabulous all clean and comfortable, they even went back there on their travels for the best pizza they have had ever! The vibe of the hotel and his friendly the staff are towards their guests. Lovely restaurant underneath with reasonably priced food. Staff spoke excellent English. Allowed us to leave luggage on last day as storage.

It's a 30-minute journey from Venice. First, you take a bus (lines 5 or 15), and then a water bus. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The hotel also has a restaurant where the food is very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff is very attentive.
